I always had a great experience from this location but Today i had a worst experience with one night girl tavleen. She was so rude to serve and just listen my order half way. Serve me worst cold coffee and charged me extra for caramel syrup as well as cane syrup and just give me coffee which taste like cold water.

Quick drive through grabbing hot and cold beverages. The order process was clear and the delivery of items were quick and as per description. Typical Tim's drive through experience, which was great!

They make coffee by holding previously brewed beans in toilet water. They strain the beans with some fat guys underwear how is required to shower no more than once per month.I have no direct evidence of this.But it is what I picture when I taste the coffee.

This branch is a definite recommend! Very clean and showcase actually has items in it! So many Tim's branches nowadays have hardly anything in the shelves to sell!

I typically never have an issue here. You get exactly what you ordered but my last visit was meh. The drinks were fine but they didn't close the lids properly and when I went to pick up the tray of drinks, it was wet and soggy and my coffee spilt all over me. Not cool! Also, they should ask the customers if we want to scan for rewards.

This morning I ordered coffee and donuts for the office to celebrate someone's birthday. After waiting 45 minutes for Skip The Dishes and no Delivery, I contacted the Tim's on Orenda and Dixie directly. To my surprise, the General Manager Deepak and His Assistant Manager Tyson resolved the problem quickly. Their customer service went above and beyond. During a very busy time of day, they took the time out to take care of us. It will not be forgotten. Margret and Michele say thank you.

I am an early morning regular at this location. I have likely been to 50 locations around the country and a regular at a few. This team does a great job at a high volume location. And Kim is the single best Tim's employee i have ever seen when she is on the drive thru window, with a kind and encouraging word for every customer. And Tyson is a top notch manager. Way to go guys.

I love tim hortons but today i ordered two ice caps from this location through uber eats and they didn’t send us any straw to drink. Like this is a common sense how we gonna drink our ice caps now????

Very rude and irrelevant behaviour! The staff Doesnt follow instructions ! i asked for chipotle sauce so many times with potato wedges but she never sends.

Tim Hortons, always great as ever, but customer service at this location is an issue. Staff don’t wish or greet, neither they reply to your greetings. Too much dependence on untrained student staff is costing a good customer experience.
