These guys never give me the right amount of what I order. Every time I go they confirm through the drive thru that my order is 2 of the wraps then they only give me 1. Also they never give napkins for their drinks when it's dripping from the bottom.
It's just a regular Tim Horton's with your fair share of inadvertently rude, stressed out team of servers with the exception of a lady manager that gets the order wrong everytime.Always ordered something as simple as two black coffees, but ended up getting one. I don't know how this happens so much, but I really recommend you to verify your order with them mutiple times to the point they want to punch you. Trust me.

Service at this location is hit or miss. This visit was good. Staff were friendly and quick. Only thing I can say was the staff member didn't ask if I had everything I needed before he went to the next customer. A little nit-picky, I know, but I did need a sleeve and a bag. Other than that, great experience.
I can't say enough of the Tim Horton’s employees at this location. Peel Centre Drive located in the parking lot of the BCC Mall. I had placed an order over the phone for a box of coffee for 12 people. When I arrived to pick up, they hadn't received my order; therefore, my order wasn't ready. I'm in the drive-through for pick up. I'm not sure what to do at this point. The lady on the intercom told me they would do everything to have it ready for me. I pulled up to the window, and my order was ready. I added a dozen donuts to my order and they to were also prepared. They were quick, friendly and had a smile on their faces. I always get the best service at this location. I just wanted to let all the employees to know how much I appreciate them and their service. Thank you for being apart of my day. I am regular customer at this location. It has always been a good experience but yesterday i was there and ordered my regular double double and grilled cheese melt with tomatoes and chipotle sauce. Both were dead cold and coffee was half cup of cream.
