This is a negative -10 rating but they did not offer that. The attitude in this establishment is crazy, I ordered one thing and then the supervisor is telling me that I told her another. Meanwhile the person in the car heard the correct order. So I called to follow up and the manager hung up and when I called back she did not answer the phone. So unprofessional with the worst service !!!!!!!!!!!! The owner needs to retrain his staff or get a better speaker so they can understand what people are saying.
Tables were all dirty,benches dirty too. Mentioned to staff,they just gave me a dry paper towel to wipe it. I don't expect much, but,this was pathetic!
Coffe is good but bagel is not fresh also the crispy chicken wrap is over coocked

If you are a chocolate lover, must try their hot chocolate and chocolate dip.And if you like tea, try French Vanilla.Every thing was served fresh.

This location is the worst.. I hope head office sees this.. everytime I come here I order 2 large decaf coffees. I wait over 5 mins in the drive through only for them to tell me at the window that they don't have decaf?? Why can't they make it if it's out?? One time they even told me that the decaf machine was broken.? What a joke.. What's wrong with these people? How hard is it to make decaf? When I get to the window they insist on giving me regular coffee which I don't want. Can someone please tell me why??
Bagels are always cold , look like they toast it and leave it to sit , coffee cold , forever messing up your order.
