They made the order put it on side without calling the name or so, it was mobile order , wasted a good amount of time there
Coffee was great, customer service moving fast, needs to work on the line up a little more organized as it feels rushed, but not friendly. They don’t greet customers the right way and that needs to be addressed, I think because they are trying to move too fast in lineup, but you need to focus on all areas. Respect your customers and they will respect you.
Joan is such an amazing lady, may god bless her . She is so sweet, provides excellent customer service. If you're having a bad day, she will make it right.
Tim Hortons is a good place to get donuts if you want a quick snack or just don't have time to wait at Krispy Kreme and they also have great drinks, breakfast sandwiches, wraps and if you don't want a sandwich they will let you have bacon strips and tons of other things.
Literally couldn’t get a breakfast and had to argue with the manager about the rules of tim Hortons and the staff closing the window on me then later admitting their mistake . This team is 1/5 at best. Very stupid.
Great way to begin our day.This Tim's is perfectly located for us, in order for us to get a coffee, donut, etc... before we start work which is just 2 minute drive away.Cheers!
All the Tim Hortons are nice while talk about dining area but I usually compare them with bathroom cleanliness. This Tim's has dirty washrooms. Not clean that you can use it without any problem
They removed the bacon from my sandwich instead of making a new one. There were bits of bacon in there which I saw after I was already done eating. They have done this before.They always put bacon in my sandwich despite me emphasizing no bacon.Today I checked if they made sure not to put bacon but they did and instead of making a new one they removed the bacon from the same sandwich.Are you serious? This team is lazy and this behaviour is disgusting. I’m going to escalate this.
