An absoluty must visit place in Brampton! I had ordered Moosehead and Classic Canadian Ceaser (Works Ceaser) as it was in the menu along with fries and buffalo wings and I must say I wasn’t disappointed. Drinks were top notch just like the food was. The host was super friendly! He wore a smile on his face and possessed amazing hospitality skills. Will definitely visit again.
Ordered the “Son of a beech” burger. It was good, just a little bit over cooked. Other than that my entire experience there was great! When I called to order, the staff was very friendly. Her tone was very uplifted, which makes a huge different during that first interaction. It’s only just ordering food, but the way customers are spoken to is so important. It makes people want to come back based on how they are treated. Even when I went in to grab my order, the other staff were also friendly. The setting and vibe itself seemed very nice. Thanks for the great customer service, can’t wait to get a dine-in experience!
Great service and great vibe. The burgers were really good!
This is the first time I’ve eaten out since the pandemic and I was thoroughly disappointed. The service was beyond slow and the only people I there were me, my husband and son. The “waitress” was having a very loud conversation about personal stuff.About 10 min after we arrived 2 older men entered, probably the owner and or a friend and managed to get food before we did.First, Several items on the menu were not available. Now the food, I ordered a Yagyu beef patty, If you have ever had Yagyu beef you know it’s flavourful and delicious, mine however was cooked to complete dryness and no flavour. Secondly it was drowned in bbq sauce that I had to scrap it off with a few French fries and I even tried masking the bbq by adding fries on the burger. I literally too, two bites and just finished my fries.Obviously there is new ownership and gone is the establishment that I had visited with my family and we were always more than satisfied with the food and service. Sadly I will not be going back to The Works again. I’ve had far superior experiences at both The Gladiator and Burger Priest.
I ordered over Uber but the food came warm and they did not cut corners at all!! I will definitely be ordering again. They followed the special note I had to the T! I can't wait for indoor dining to open up so I can try it in person.
We used to go pre COVID all the time and have not ordered takeout until tonight. Did not disappoint . Amazing and so so good. Well done ! Keep it up. We definitely won’t leave it that long until next time . ❤️❤️❤️
Great vibes, and good food. I believe they only have one cook so if there are decent number of customers, the service can be slow. Once my burgers came little bit cold but most of the time, the food is great. I would highly recommend that the management evaluates adding another cook to the staff.Other than that, I would come here again and the staff is super friendly.P.S. sad to see the works have discontinued their spinach dip, it was soo good.
Thought I’d sneak some fries from the bag after picking up, cold. Started eating the burger when I got home, very very bitter. I opened it up to see it was burnt … sigh. Last time going here, back to Gladiator and maybe The Works only in Port Credit.
Definitely recommended to try the burgers. The blue cheese one is great!
I was there last night, my tall, on tap brew was served in a very dirty glassware. This was replaced by Selena. I noticed the dirty glassware after consuming 1/3 of my drink. My Kevin bacon patty, was not freshly made or hot, and the bun was room temperature. I won't return there, neither would my friends or family. I have my receipts to prove and my conversation with the staff recorded on my phone.
