Went into this location around 2:33 today. Walked in and there was no staff at all. When someone finally walked onto the floor they were on their phone. When they were gathering the ingredients for my food they were still on their phone WHILE getting ingredients. I find that to be extremely disgusting and unhygienic. The overall location appeared to be very dirty. Would not go to this location again or recommend.
One of the thai restaurant I have ever visited in Ontario. The path thai here is my favourite cuisine.
The chef is awesome. Never had such a good thai express in all gta. Really recommends it.
Been to various locations, all great experiences except this one.First off, the server/cook seemed to be high on something. The rice was mush, chicken was rubbery, lacking in vegetables and flavor.Imperial roll was soaked in oil and no plum sauce.
Been to many Thai express locations before. This one takes the lead for being the worst. First thing is they took 20 mins to make my order when I was promised 10 mins (which is way too long for “express”) and than the topper was they had no lime. Guys pad Thai everywhere you go comes with lime. It’s like having a burger with no buns. Anyway it seemed like they were definitely under staffed and not skilled in making the dishes. For future, consider hiring at least another front person and turning on another burner. Also, do not open the restaurant without having lime. Seriously.
Been here a couple of times and always had great service and food. I'll continue to come
The fried rice was overkilled with onion and pineapple was barely used in it. I requested thai chicken on it and the chicken was very rubbery and tough, along with very bland. I always buy the same food item from different locations and they all taste great aside from this one.
First time at this location. Very disappointed in Tom Yom soup as it was watered down broth with no taste. Green chicken curry the eggplant was overcooked mush. Extremely disappointed at this location, not like others I have gone before. Will never return to this location again.
Awesome place to eat thai food, a healthy option in fast foods.
This place is understaffed 11 times out of 10....or at least every time I come here...always a 30 minute wait because there is only one guy to cook and take orders...food is ok, but come on.
