I had never heard about this place until recently invited to a business event. Across the street from Lion's Head Golf course in Brampton. The grounds are amazing and the building which houses an upscale restaurant and various sized banquet and meeting rooms looks like it may have been a private residence at one time. I cannot fully comment on the restaurant as we only sampled a few hand helds late afternoon. The rack of lamb was amazing and nice to see as part of the hors d'oeuvre being passed around. Definitely something different to do in a great setting. May be back in the future to sample the restaurant
I had a big event in this place and I will definitely go back. I have received an amazing feedback from my guest, particularly regarding food. It was absolutely delicious. Came here for the first time on Valentine's Day! Very clean and everything seemed well organized. Staff and service was great, and the food was amazing! Fireplace on the television made it feel cozy as well. Definitely will be coming back.
We had a delicious meal with a lovely ambience . However our experience was made uncomfortable by our server's very poor mask choice. It did not meet public health requirements as it was completely open above her nose allowing air particles to flow out into the dining area. Another server offered to be our waiter when we expressed our discomfort. It was very disappointing that management did not oversee this very important health protocol especially now that we have entered another very contagious covid wave. It is doubtful that we will be returning until covid has considerably subsided. I hope management will review this situation and take steps to better ensure the safety of their patrons.
Very nice place to enjoy company of friends. Food is very delicously presented.
We dined at the restaurant last week and no one asked for our vaccine passports. The owner (or manager) walked around the restaurant most of the time we were there without a mask. The wait staff frequently did not wear their masks properly.The owner spent most of his time drinking with guests at one of the tables. The food was mediocre and expensive. There was no culinary creativity in terms of flavour or presentation. They served the main protein with tasteless mashed potatoes and one very small piece of rapini. The restaurant and the setting are very pretty. Definitely not worth the money!
Lovely, warm, great food made to perfection, went to a wedding there. They catered my son's allergies very well. No disappointments
Nik and his staff were fantastic during our recent wedding. They went above and beyond leading up to and during the wedding. They dropped everything to meet our requests, even when they were busy with other things.The food was AMAZING!!! We heard countless compliments about the food from our guests. One very nice touch was that they set aside a plate of hors-d'oeurves at our table when we came inside. This was very much appreciated as the bride and groom often miss out on these and are usually starving at that point in the day.I can't say enough about the venue, the food, and the staff. They are very reasonably priced and they offer a first class wedding experience.
Incredible place. Food was exceptional, as was the service. Great range on the menu especially if you enjoy meat and seafood. Best shrimp I've had. Recommend for a romantic dinner.
One of the best restaurants around! The staff is incredible and the owner made my mom’s 50th birthday a memorable one. The food tastes great and the atmosphere is just as good! Highly recommend
