Low stock!! I don't know why I keep coming back to this drive through location, im a creature if convenience I suppose. They consistently fill the burritos and tacos 25% -30% less than other locations in the area. It's a supply chain issue but also a training issue. Staff may not know the difference between taco bell sauce and ketchup. Received 10 packs of ketchup with 4 sauces for an order of $70 worth (of exclusively taco bell items). And the drive through during peak hours takes 15 mins.
I ordered chalupa supreme and got surprised when I got it. Chalupa looks slim like a taco as there was little to no topping in it. I also worked at Taco Bell n I know how many toppings we should put in it. Worst experience ever. Never gonna order from here again. ? Moreover, have a look at the fries supreme. Employees who were working there didn't even put enough beef. Very unprofessional staff.
They only gave me half of my meal, I had to comeback to get the rest of it ...when I did I asked for the kfc hot sauce for my tacos . That gave me the wrong hot sauce. l also ordered nachos and cheese and instead of the regular they serve themThey poured the cheese on top to makeThe chips soggy by the time I got them
Just came from picking up food from this location. missing taco sauces. Missing my customs beef only burrito which was for my young daughter which made her upset when I unpacked when I got home. Tacos were only beef when I asked for them and my fries to be upgraded to supreme. Went back and was able to get in since now just turned 10 and dinning is closed. Explained the order. The lady taking the orders told me what I ordered and I had to tell her it is not what I ordered as I did repeat myself a few times knowing it might be hard to hear going through the drive thru. Started making my order but was only going to do the tacos and burrito. I said I didn’t want the food I have since it’s cold. Was already 40mins since I paid through the drive through according to my notification on my phone. Lady grabbed the food and aggressively threw it in the garbage. I waited for my order. I had to correct again a few times while I was in there. Once gotten I had to check if items were there. I offered to pay any differences since the order was incorrect but they said it was fine.Usually this location is good. Might just be a bad night. I would probably go inside to order to ensure it is taken correctly and you have time to recheck the order when you get it.Unfortunately this experience I have to drop to 1 Star not due to food quality but more of the attitude I was getting. Lady did not have concern that I drove and had to unpack my dinner in front of my family just to pack it up and get it done right. Now dinner for my family should have been maybe around 930pm but now it’s 1040pm which sucks when you have kids. None of it did I say when I came back to the restaurant. I just wanted the order corrected without the attitude.
Went here and ordered dinner.Got home and it was the complete différent than what we ordered.The worst was they were near closing and shewed us out the door
This location is normally good. But this time was terrible, cold and lacked in everyway possible. It was the skimpiest soft tacos and burritos I've ever had. Not to mention the fries supreme which consists of sour cream and cheese and cold fries.... lastly missing the taco sauce packets just topped off this yuck of a mess.
If I could I would give it no stars. Worst service ever. The girl serving me looked like I was bothering her with my very presence. Then she messed up my order, my tacos came with a variation of no cheese or very little cheese. Not to mention, one had next to no beef in it. When I asked for more sauce she looked like I was asking her to run a marathon. I like hot sauce, and I'm sorry but 2 packets doesn't cut it for my 4 tacos.Horrible quality, horrible customer service, and just an overall horrible experience.NEVER come to this location, save yourself the horrible experience I had.
This place used to be the best Taco Bell in Brampton.. what the heck happened?? My hard tacos barely had any cheese, and apparently "fresco style" means no cheese and nothing else at all. Cheese is supposed to be replaced with cilantro salsa instead.The girl at the counter gave me a whopping 2 hot sauce packets for my 4 tacos, then looked bothered when I asked for more... again, I ask, wth happened to this location?? Management needs to step up.

Customer service was amazing today! I come here often and think the girl working today—Alex—is new here. Great energy, really friendly, and was really positive despite it being so busy tonight! No mistakes with the order either :)
