We ordered dinner for delivery and we’ve ordered from here many times before. Usually the fries are soft so we asked for extra crispy and they were about the same.\\n\\nMy husband’s chicken and bun were great, my wrap looked a little burnt but it was great too.
Take out was quick and efficient where I had the quarter chicken dinner. Chicken was moist and the fries were fresh however the fries could be a little more crisp.
This Swiss Chalet location is the best. The service and food is awesome. The staff are so nice. Olivia is so friendly and attentive. She goes out of her way to ensure everything is perfect. These are some tough times we are all going through and people like Olivia are the Hero’s of these times. She has no idea how much she helps us by just being so welcoming and caring and making us laugh. The time we are there distracts us from all the hardships and stress. Thank you all and especially Olivia.
My family and I have been coming to this Swiss Chalet for years! We have always had great service! Today we went back for the first time since all the restrictions have lifted and once again great food and service! Terry was our server and he was amazing (like always). All the staff here are friendly and always making sure your meal is great! Keep up the great work ?????
Service was excellent, food as expected. Older restaurant, some obvious maintenance repairs in dining room however clean. Bathroom , older, smelly and two of the toilets didn't seem to flush properly
I went to the restaurant for take out around 4pm on Feb 14. I was greeted by Kassie who also took my order. She was very friendly and helped me with what I wanted to order as I was not too familiar with the menu myself. I ordered the full ribs meal with fries which was delicious. My order was prepared very quickly even though the restaurant was quite busy at that time. I would definitely go back to this location for the food, but especially for the quick and friendly service! :)
I placed an order on skip the dishes at 6:10pm for soup. It showed on the app 45 minutes max (maybe a busy night). 7:15 and the driver still was sitting in 1 area not even near the restaurant. I called the store and asked the lady if she contacted skip the dishes to let them know to flag this order as it’s taking a while. She said “No it’s not my job to call skip, you place the order and they pick it up, if they take along time nothing we can do”. Actually this is absolutely not true, I work at a restaurant too. You click Help on the tablet used by the restaurant to accept orders and many items pop up. There is an option to click “food is ready but the driver is late “. I explained this to them and they said they won’t do that not their job. Also i asked when they packaged the soup and she told me around 6:15pm.. I would have received cold soup !\\n\\nI’m not blaming them for the driver coming late, but they don’t even know my soup has been sitting out at room temperature for over an hour until i called them and they didn’t care, people can get sick. Minimally they could have simply have contacted skip to inform them to flag the order and call me (they have my # on the app) and let me know “Don’t worry we already called skip , we will package you fresh hot soup when the driver gets here but it may take a while !”. Terrible customer service.
Food is always good here.\\nGot the wings with Quarter chicken dinner and appetizer (spring rolls - tasty again).\\nUsed my Scene points on top.\\nClean place and customer friendly staff. Plenty of options for foodies, but it is time they add couple of their specialities.
Cassandra working the drive through window was so pleasant. When I mentioned that I was getting the food today as my daughter wanted Swiss Chalet for her Birthday, she was so kind. She put Happy Birthday on the meal she ordered and on the bags. That was so awesome. And of course lunch was fabulous.
Terrible experience with the service at this location. We ordered curbside pick-up, and they texted us telling us to come in because their wireless payment was broken (we had already paid online yesterday, so it was unclear why this was necessary). I went in, and my companion stayed in the car. When I went to the pick up location indoors, the staff member was very annoyed and asked why I didn’t go through the drive-thru, insisting that she had told me to do so. Actually, she had told my companion, after I had already left the car. He did not bring his phone, so we could not communicate. There was a long line in the drive-thru (5 or 6 other people). I didn’t understand why she was insisting, and she just kept saying the payment is fine, not acknowledging the text, and that we should drive-thru or for me to take my order to the car by myself. We had ordered 14 meals, so this would have taken multiple trips. Finally, fed up, I told her that we had ordered curb side pickup which should mean that our order should be brought to the car by staff. Then she admitted that they only had 2 staff members at the location. The staff here were very rude throughout, poor at communicating, and insisted we follow their arbitrary instructions while refusing to explain themselves.\\n\\nIf there was a problem, they should have given clear instructions from the beginning. I would not recommend the curbside pickup service from this location. If you can’t provide the service, then don’t list it on the website as an option. Just tell me the truth if there is a problem, and we can compromise - instead of this kind of attitude.
