The quarter chicken dinner with the house salad was delicious. My server was very friendly and I enjoyed her sense of humour. Others checked to see if my meal was to my satisfaction. The restaurant was clean and had a pleasant vibe. I like going to this Swiss Chalet because I appreciate the quick and polite service.
I ordered for the first time from this restaurant. Not only the items were stale but they tasted really yuck. The burger smelled absolutely disgusting. Just take a look at the picture, i mean who would want to eat that????Please dont serve anyone any stale food at all in the future. Negative remarks should be taken seriously and One should try to better the quality instead of just ignoring the negative review.
This is my go to Swiss chalet despite it being a bit out of the way. First time dining in and the service was quick maybe because it was a Sunday.They found me a draft really quick and my food and drink came shortly after despite the waitress being new. I got the new Nashville Hot Sandwich. I was a bit disappointed because the only hot part was it being freshly made. But it was surprisingly filling.Overall the experience was pleasant 5$ cocktails and they have a patio too!
Terrible SERVICE From TERRIBLE LOCATION WITH ZERO CUSTOMER RESPECT. Order 1/2 Chicken, 1/4 Chicken and a soup. This is my BAG OF MELTED BUTTER SOAKED INTO NAPKINS ..... Call MANAGER he SAYS they follow SWISS CHALET PROTOCOLS ...... WHAT A JOKE .....THIS is not the FIRST TIME, I order EVERY FRIDAY for the family its a TRADITION .....
I went through the drive through window and was very satisfied with the service. The worker was extremely friendly and handled the food with care. Overall very delcious food and friendly drive thru workers :)
Easy 5 stars food was great and I'm a picky eater so that means something the food cane faster than most places I have been too and service was friendly I felt like I made a new friend.
This is the first time I've been disappointed by Swiss Chalet. Chicken that was usually juicy and flavorful was dry and bland. The breading on the wings were tough and hard to bite into and it was poorly tossed with the sauce. The saving grace were the roll and mashed potato.
Still haven't mastered the concept of giving the customer the thing they asked for when you took their money. I thought hard about going back to this location after previous take out orders being incorrect. They only care of you are in the restaurant and tipping.
Speedy service, pleasant staff. They went over and above to make sure I was satisfied. Rush delivered chalet sauce go the house, really appreciate the top notch customer care. Yummy food,
I went to this location for the first time and ordered a Rotisserie chicken wrap. I specifically asked for only chicken and no bacon. I cannot eat bacon as it’s against my religion. So when I went out the window they gave me to wrap but it had bacon in it. I told the girl and she said she will replace it and make a new one which she did. But then when I got it they made another one but it was placed in the same container with the old one and I saw bacon pieces in it. Come on, they are so unprofessional and cannot take care of their customers. I even called the store and told the manager about it but all he said was sorry he didn’t even offer me anything else for my inconvenience. I suggested no one goes to this restaurant ever again. I am very disappointed and I will never go there again. How can they do that???
