Sweet Palace is in the heart of Brampton Springdale karol bagh plaza. There is always a line up of customers. We went to have lunch and ordered chane Bathurst and makki roti saag. The quantity of chane and saag was too less compared to roti amd bhathure. When we showed our concern they said buy another separate bowl. No customer service at all. Rude behavior. Just one paper towel on the table of two. Water was served in plastic glasses.

This Indian restaurant use to be really good. I have been going there for years. However the last five times I have ordered Goat curry the portions of goat are less then half and very little meat. I understand sometimes it can happen but it has been a consistent experience. Unfortunately I will not be going here anymore. I don't mind paying more but to serve customers less then half of what you use to offer is not right. With so many Indian restaurants in Brampton you would want to keep constancy on your food.

Have been going here for over a decade, the quality of food has not diminished even 1 percent over this period of time. Most restaurant’s start really well and tend to go downhill after a few years, not the case here. Consistency is key to success and hands down they have achieved this status. I’ve tried Butter Chicken around the globe but i can always come back here to get the best. Keep up the good work. Service could use a tad bit of improvement but still won’t stop me from ordering here, I’ve recently just switched to Skip because of this, i feel bad because it bites into their profits and raises price. But at the end of the day its up to the restaurant owners to figure out whats more feasible for them. Hope this helped.

I just had a very bad experience as far as customer service is concerned. We waited 15 minutes in dining area but no one showed up to take order. Only one guy was running here and there, all other staff was standing on cash register . I heard a lot of good things about this place but I think I got a bad day. The young boy came to our table and cleaned it up properly but then he got busy in other stuff. He seems a good guy. He may need more help to handle multiple customers.

It's simply the best place with awesome customer experience. For any Indian cuisine visit this joint. I been ordering from sweet places for all the family functions and they have always delighted me. One of the best Indian joints in Brampton

Food packaging is always bad here. They don’t know customers eat dahi bhalla with sapoon. Whenever I order food they never give me spoon, and the taste of food is not worth it. They think it’s delivery drivers duty to get spoon from there not them. Delivery driver don’t know I order wrap or curry, how it’s his duty to get that.Packahing of food is very disappointed

Very good varieties of dishes, never had any complaints, price is average and reasonable in quantity, samosa and chole bature is good here, parking is available with indian grocery store cash and carry is adjacent to this store , very convenient one stop place to finish home grocery and purchase Indian foods too, a good eat out to visit in brampton

We bought Thalies. Containers were half filled with Currys. Butter chicken was 4 tiny pieces. Naan uncooked. Chili chicken was not that good

I ordered chat papri and this is what I received. All dahi and no bhalla or potatoes. The other chat only had one bhalla cut into 4 pieces. You can look at the photos. This is not acceptable service from a restaurant I visit often.
