Ever since this sunset location opened I have been a regular customer. Yesterday is the first day that I have experienced true customer service and that’s all thanks to Bianca. She’s very mindful, polite, and always on point with my order. This is someone who takes great pride in her work and her ability to serve.I will recommend this sunset location to my friends going forward.
Went there today and they have no air conditioning so we were dripping sweat. Everybody was. Waitress says the AC was fixed a few days ago and it was suppose to be working. It was not. Everyone was complaining. Must have been over 35 degrees in there! Go to a different sunset grill for a comfortable dining experience.
My mom and I come to this specific Sunset Grill very often and we always enjoy the quality of food served, but even more than that, the service is consistently outstanding! Today we were sat with Bianca and she was a delight and very knowledgeable on the menu. All her recommendations were perfect (esp the waffles !) Thanks Bianca ! :)
Went for breakfast with my sons, Bianca was our server. we all had GREAT BREAKFAST. i had Florentine omelette and she even asked how i wanted it cooked. WE WILL BE BACK.
I wouldn't reccomend this place to a stray dog. It was the absolute worst breakfast I ever had. NO STARS. Bread was uncut, stale, and cold. The whole meal was cold. The extremely small portion of home fries were the burnt small pieces. We did pick up. Never Again
Ordered eggs florentine. The potato was under cooked and not seasoned. The spinach and onions was not cooked. The 2 eggs was cooked as one and not separated and was over cooked. The English muffin was not toasted and didn’t taste good. Not sure if it because it was not buttered. This place use to be good. Not anymore. The last time I ordered an omelette, it was the worst egg dish I ever tasted and I thought it might be a one off. But recently this place is consistently disappointing. It’s sad because it’s close to my house and I really want to go there. But I won’t anymore as it’s enough bad food experience. I hope one day this place does better.
We recently went to this location and had good experience.Blue barrie Pan Cakes were fluffy and soft and Mediterranean Egg white omelet with toast and potato hash was also good.Overall the ambience and service was really good.
Visited on a Thursday about 1 pm. I ordered the 3-egg breakfast with 2 bacon & 2 sausage that came with home fries & toast. I ordered my eggs over-medium and they were cooked spot-on. The meats & potatoes were OK, nothing to boast about. The coffee was a bit on the weak side. On all previous occasions I have gone to Sunset during the morning when the food tasted better.
Right in my neighbourhood and funny never visited. Had breakfast with friends and being Vegetarian its not many choices for went tWith Southwest Vegan Hash . It comes with guac and tomatoes . With sauteed onions / peppers. Tasted good but no salt or anything .Friends got Ham Sandwich and Vegetarian Egg white omelette . Overall good but hope the add more vegetarian options in menu . Server was nice and place was super clean or maybe we were in at 7:30 as soon as it opened
Amazing service from sunset grill today. I ordered from skip the dishes this morning, food came hot and delicious. Also, good to see them using recycled bamboo takeout containers and paper bags to reduce plastic waste. I am looking forward to my next order and keep up the great job!
