So, I've been living in Brampton for over a decade now and I'm happy to see that Sunlight Chinese Food on Kennedy is the real deal. The food is ALWAYS fresh and made to order. They have never messed up my order and the food is always great. So If you are having a hard time deciding on which Chinese Food restaurant to choose, always go with Sunlight!! They are easily the best Chinese food in Brampton!!

Being it New Year’s Eve, I called 2.5 hours ahead of the time we were going to eat to make sure we could get the food right when I walked in give or take 5 minutes. Well that idea went right out the window. I still had to wait in the store for an hour of my arrival time while people who ordered when I arrived were getting their food. Every time I asked it was “give me 15 more minutes I’m so sorry”. Note to self and others who want to be proactive, don’t bother because they’ll probably just start your order the moment you walk in. Now I’m rushing home to feed starving children
First time ordering from there after trying hard to find a good chinese restaurant. We ordered at 12:30, food was here by 1:15. The food is absolutely delicious - ordered family dinner #4, general tsao chicken, shrimp lo mein. Will definitely be ordering from there again. Overall, great food, fast delivery and affordable as well.

Really good food! Loved the wonton soup, sweet & sour chicken, BBQ spare ribs, honey garlic wings, Cantonese chow mein and fried rice! Affordable price too!
Always friendly, and always worth the money you pay, delicious authentic food, and nearby as well. I have not gone anywhere else since finding these guys. Never a single complaint about anything I've eaten from there in the year that I've been buying from them
