I swear this is literally the WORST subway i've ever visited! when i was asking the lady to put more toppings she said "can you imagine how im going to fold this" Like..ISN'T IT YOUR JOB TO FEED THE CUSTOMERS!? Next off, I asked her to put the sauce in a zig-zag formation, and she said "well it's going to be stuffed one way or another" Ma'am, DID I ASK FOR YOUR OPINION? and finally, when she was putting it in the bag, she said "i don't eat like this" at this point it could not keep it in, i instantly replied "I'm paying for it aren't i? it isn't yours correct?" then the lady shot me this dirty look, this isn't a free service, i'm paying, SO DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY! finally when she was putting it in the bag, she put it in th nasty-est way possible, i'm honestly fed up with this behaviour, get your act together and start being respectful to the customers, i bet my youngest daughter can do better than you, if there was a 0 star, i would DEFINTELY put that one on, and if the person who served this sees this, Know that a 5 year old has more respect than you.

Went to pick up our order at around 4:30 in the morning today(after gym so already exhausted and starving). Firstly there was no one at the counter, After 5-10 minutes a woman came with utmost ignorant attitude, she simply said there’s no order though we paid for it. She didn’t try to find no solution, we might have re ordered at the store but she asked us to leave. Maybe she was tired or doing her job forcefully. But it was really really awful experience, we don’t expect such disappointment from Subway.

Pretty bad service at night the staff literally just told that they didn’t get the mobile order for pick-up and asked me to leave, no solution no assurance of refund just went back Into the kitchen leaving counter vacated like it was for 10 minutes In the beginning. I fail to understand why this lady believes she’s the only one that works in Canada. She literally has one job that is to serve the customers and she can’t even do that why keep working then.

Worst experience ever in a restaurant.Girl named Simran, she is so much rude snd arrogant.She doesn’t have any basic etiquette. Shouting on customers for no reason. If she finds the job so difficult then she should quit. She did same thing to one of my friends. She has got some behavioural issues and she should go back to school.Please avoid going to this restaurant.

if you dont like your job pls dont work , but atleast try to speak with a customer nicely if you are at fault explain politely not in way get it if you want otherwise owner cares early morning shift around 4:00 am day monday nd tuesday

Excellent service provide by store manager Saima. Order over a phone for party platter and it was ready for pick with in half an hour. Subs were delicious and all our guess enjoyed lunch.

This review is personally for SAIMA ... bruh i just asked you to fix my sandwich with a knife because it was so messy done by you those sauces nd veggies were coming out from that sandwich and your attitude towards us was I personally do not like to touch veggiies... bro that sandwich was for us not for you so you shud have to listen to the customer.. we were not there to listen ur opinions... so from next time plz shut ur mouth and listen to the customer

Kiran Girl is so rude girl i have ever seen her service service was literally so bad she treated me so bad. so unprofessional probably she hates her job or tired of their long shifts i dnt what exactly triggers them off. But baddest experience being here today with my bff. I just asked her to fix my sandwich with a please and ahe literally said can u fox for urself and started showing that sandwich to the other people..Like really .I will highly recommend not to waste your time coming here such a poor service .

I got 2 subs and in one of them there was a big piece of plastic which was really bad
