Extremely bad service. I just placed order on uber eats of vegie delite subway and specially add the instructions to add veggie patty in that but they give Me the only simple vegetables subway which I hate that .
One of the best subway service I ever had. I went on weekend and the two girls working were so good. They change their gloves every time which I loved the most. nice ans clean. Very happy with the service.
Food is average, not a clean place for dine in . Tables and floor are so dirty .All paper bags and napkins on the floor.Tables are full of crumbs and salad.staff is busy in their chat and nobody clean the table. I have to clean my table before eat . Good for takeaway only
The staff here is 100% the worst! As I’m waiting to make my order I see that one of the works gave someone a free sub I was minding my business but then when it was my turn to order all I asked for was cookies. I seen they didn’t have any at the time so I ask how long it would take to make and I was willing to pay extra for making them do extra work but then she tell me no this is all we have and we’re not making anymore just for you. I asked her “even if I pay you guys extra” she walks to the back and another one of the workers tell me they don’t know how to make it which doesn’t make sense because if you guys run out for something you have no choice but to make it. Mind you this place closes at 1am so the laziness is insane.
I went to this Subway a very long time ago but it was a very memorable experience! The staff was really nice and listened to each of my requests very carefully. Despite the fact that they were working during their rush hour, they still had very quick customer service and the employees fulfilled my order very well! Would definitely go back!
Just ruined our whole dinner trying to get food from this place. We had to wait even after ordering on the phone app before leaving. And the food turned out to be cold even after the wait. They got us the wrong bread with wrong sauces. Was not even able to eat it after heating it up at home. Won’t recommend
Never going there againStaff is so rude 2 times they give me wrong food and i had to go back there. Today i order through SkipTheDishes and again got wrong, then, i called them the lady on the phone never apologize. I wish i can give them 0 star.
Not satisfied, wrong order and very bad customer service, they are just talking to each other in their own language and laughing.
Meant to leave a review for this a couple months back when I stopped here with my partner who was working in the area. (We are not normally from around). We usually like subway as a quick go to. The wait time was pretty insane, we waited outside for a long time, it is what it is. However where the 1 star comes from is the lack of training. The possibly new person was being watched by another colleague, the toppings were poorly arranged and scarce, I had to ask numerous times to correct the sandwich. Right at the end they dropped the knife that was used to cut the sandwich, completely lost my appetite, couldn't believe it, I just threw away more than half my sandwich after that I didn't have time to fix everything that went wrong with this transaction. Avoid this location.
Worst service we order for vegetarians and started eating and then realized that it was a non-veg subway sandwich with ham in it eventually had to garbage it all, this was a bad experience ever. We mailed them but no reply was given whatsoever, Never going to order from the subway again.
