They have closing time 1 a.m, and they don’t even have breads to serve at 11:15Just couple of flat breads and that is it. I guess management is really poor that don’t even know how much stock they gonna need till their open hours

It was really great experience during Saturday morning. It was opening time and saw a girl cleaning toaster very properly and served me in such a hygienic way and polite manner. Big hands for that girl. I have never seen such a neat and clean service. She really made my morning great.
Worsr customer service..charged for foot long instead of 6 inch..employer appeared rude and unheard saying foot long depsite she prepared it for 6 inch..she appeared to be taking revenge for taking time for placing order..she didnt even apologizes
This store has employees that yell at customers and kick them out of the store for explaining their negative experiences. The owner doesn't care, and doesn't respond to emails. They also no longer accept promotions, so basically, it's all about greed. They don't care about the quality of the product and the quality of the service. Stay away. Another update, trying to give them another chance, placed on order for pickup curbside on February 15, 2022, order confirmed, got a notice that order is ready for pickup. Went to check in and my order was cancelled! Then the staff said the owner cancelled my order, and I asked them to have him call me, as I have been waiting for over 6 months to provide feedback, but he doesn't care, nor does subway. Now after a long hard day, I have to order something else.
-Disappointing customer service. Indian girls (especially AMRIT KAUR) are extremely arrogant for absolutely no reason. They were clearly never trained about customer service and just thrown there to make customer’s day worse. 1 star is too much for their awful Indian girl staff. The the girl name AMRIT KAUR is not only disrespectful but also unprofessional to the max. Awful serviceI will be reaching the head of the subway company so a much more deserving person can take her place and be grateful by respectfully serving their customers rather than telling the customer that “I AM NOT YOUR SLAVE” and told me to “SHUT UP”. Threw away all my food only because I told her to grill it.Funny how I was more professional in this situation and still didn’t use disrespectful language or cussed her out.This woman clearly doesn’t know what the word “slavery” means due to which she used this word so easily.I still had to pay full amount for this awful service where she threw away my entire food just because I told her to grill it and she didn’t want to grill it because she would have to clean up the grill afterwards “in case” the sauce spills out.How disappointing you lost many customers through this one interaction, not only my family members but my relatives and the others living close by.Manager must reach out to me.
Saw this lovely little view at this Subway location - veggies covered in ICE! “Eat fresh”?? Yeah right! I took a picture of it to remember to NEVER go back to Subway again and the employee demanded to see my phone. Yeah I got “caught” but consumers need to know what is going on when they spend money on food that goes in our bodies. Don’t advertise you’re fresh if you’re not, simple as that. Waste of time and money, should have just gone to Firehouse Subs. Or at least hide that until it’s completely thawed out. You’re helping run a business and you put on display frozen cucumbers, olives and all other veggies?? Come on! Should have refused the sandwich as soon as I was tested for my photos and saw the frozen food. Just safe to say that’s the last dime they get from me. Disgusting
The ladies who works here are extremely rude and honestly makes your sub with as minimal toppings as possible. She will also make you wait as she makes 3 or 4 online orders. With all the subways in the area PLEASE AVOID THIS ONE the staff is extremely rude amd will make you a pretty bad sandwich with minimal TOPPINGS. DO NOT GO HERE. GO DOWN THE STREET TO GET YOUR SUBWAY. I wish i could give zero stars
Ordered roasted chicken subway.It’s was totally cold. I mean if you are using frozen patties in the food, you must toast/roast it properly , so that it doesn’t remain raw or cold.Even after mentioning it twice to roast the chicken patty properly , she didn’t do and gave me.When I had it , it was totally tasteless and cold.Wastage of money.
