We went to the cottrelle Starbucks location and ordered some drinks literally 5 minutes before their closing time and we were served by a gentlemen named Nathanial. He was so so so nice to us. So polite when speaking and was so kind to us! The drinks were amazing and the customer service was even better at this location! They really really love their jobs and the drinks were made with love! It makes all the difference!! We all had smiles on our faces when leaving the drive through! Thank you for such an amazing experience!
This store was not always terrible, I can completely understand morning rush, but at 1:48pm, it should not take 24 mins for a mobile order! There was 4 items, a bagel, a reduced turkey fat sandwich, an iced coffee, and a espresso double shot… please work on speed and engaging with your customers rather than laughing amongst yourselves during a busy time.
Pretty good customer service as expected from Starbucks, drinks are always great quality. Of course a little on the upper end in terms of pricing but that's all Starbucks locations. Drive through can get a little long. Love the interior and ambience, great place to hang out with friends or do your own work.
Currently here. Not one person in line, the baristas are standing around and the washrooms were absolutely disgusting. No toilet paper in either washroom. Both washrooms have dry urine all over the toilet and the sink, don’t get me started. Clearly, it’s been there for a WHILE. Management, do better! ?

Great Starbucks location, my favourite place to go to get some work done! Staff is very friendly and kind, seating is very cozy and comfortable, and the drinks are always made really well.
The girl who served me at the window was an absolute sweetheart. Ordered my coffee and while I was waiting she asked me how my day was going. Then proceeded to ask me if I wanted a free latte as the person ahead of me I assume cancelled their order and she gave me that person's latte. Awesome customer service
i have been to this location a few times to study and their staff is extremely friendly. They speak with so much respect with each customer and as a customer i can see the healthy work environment they have created with each other as employees
This is the worse store ever…employees at the store are very very slow they take forever to make a coffee if you have to go to work or go to an appointment don’t stop there for anything u will surely be late.They have no discretion for your time they will take ur order and when u reach the window they will take your order again… worse store ever the manager is very rude as well as his employees they need to be replaced.
