Not sure what happened in the past few weeks but quality of drinks has massively declined. I’ve been getting the same 2-3 drinks for the past couple years but the past 3 times I’ve gone there’s been something wrong with my coffee. First time was an iced shaken espresso which I’ve gotten tons of times and was 99% cream, my drink was nearly white. Second time was the same drink except half empty and not enough cream (I’ve ordered venti iced shaken espresso so many times without modifications but these past two times have been vastly different from normal). Since I can’t rely on the shaken espresso anymore, last time I just got a simple iced coffee with milk and classic syrup but it just tasted watered down and gross. Mind you, I always order from the app and never complain or ask them to remake it because I don’t want to seem like a Karen. I’m not sure what’s happened here in these past 3 weeks but I won’t be going here anymore just because it’s too expensive to risk getting a bad drink.
I want start of by saying that I’m a regular customer their everyday I order from this location I stopped ordering from the counter inside Bcuz they always take long so lately I been using the app my order is simple a caramel frab no whip app said order will be ready at 5:20pm I received my order at 5:40pm while I was waiting for my order inside I asked employees why it’s taking long no answer I asked supervisor SARAH of what’s going on and she was very rude . The worst customer service yelled at me told me if u don’t like our service u should go somewhere else this girl needs to be fired on the spot very disrespectful and unprofessional service towards customers. I’ve had enough of this rude supervisor always giving me attitude make sure this girl gets fired so unprofessional and then she just walks away

Front counter said it might take 25 minutes but it actually took 2 minutes.
This location is consistently busy. It is not a sit down store -does not even have a washroom available to customers - but is always packed. On a Thursday in the mid afternoon, I waited 25 minutes past my estimated pick up time (so 35 minutes since the order was placed). And with that wait, one of the three drinks was incorrectly made. The staff are hard working (hence the two stars) but they need to hire more.
Even after placing online order i still have to wait for 20 minutes sometimes.

Great experience. Staff is very polite and treat their customers very gently and with calmness. They are not look like that they are in hurry even there is a long line. I think this makes the difference. Thank so much Starbucks.
Being located in Trinity Commons shopping mall this location is very busy.Normally that's a good thing but this particular location the staff appear to be overworked and come across rude.Also this location lacks a drive-thru which adds to the wait time.Management should hire more cheerful stuff given the price premium for the Starbucks experience.
I waited for a whole 25 mins to get sick tea but couldn't and had to cancel at the end. Not sure what was the exact reason for the constant delay while the lady at the store kept saying it's almost done. It wasn't even crowded. Please be mindful of everyone's time.
Nice location with plenty of parking. Staff is polite and quick. It was very busy when I went but then again most Starbucks are. The have a large selection of coffee products like mugs and stuff like that. No chairs yet as there is still a lockdown. Overall a good coffee experience as usual! Take care out there people and keep washing those hands! Pandemic or not, it just makes good hygiene sense!
