It all depends on who’s working, but I placed two separate orders online today while getting some work done. When I approached the Barista, he didn’t even see the order come through, and the app didn’t specify the vanilla bean scone being out of stock, so I ordered a coffee cake shortly after, instead. Oh by the way, I waited 18 minutes for my order, and when I approached the barista by the toaster, the coffee cake was sitting on the counter. ? I’m a regular here, and lived in this community for over 20-years. A good attitude, apologies, and maintaining the Starbucks culture by asking our names should continue to be consistent; otherwise why am I spending $20-25 on a order each time? Just saying, as a former Barista trainer, I know and expect better from Starbucks.
absolute worst experience today. I placed a mobile order at 12:01 today and was at the store around 12:10 for pickup. I had to wait about 30 minutes past the estimated pickup time while all the other customers coming in after me were able to pick up their food. come to find out, they had pre-warmed all the food orders together instead of handing them out as they were ready, leading to the delay. I finally get both my food and drink and turns out, the guy making the drink didn't secure the lids on, and everything spilt all over myself and my car. I went back in and asked him to remake it, and he did, but when i asked for a straw (it was a blended drink), he threw the straw at me.I've been to this location countless times in the last few years and never had an interaction like this. Extremely disappointed with the lack of service skills.
Usually don't post ratings unless it's a really great experience or an ongoing bad experience. This location is notorious for long wait times. Literally waited 13 minutes for a hot chocolate that tastes like water and whip cream. This is not the first time I have waited this long regardless of time of day. This is probably my 5th or 6th experience with long wait time and it's the same thing for many other customers it seems. Proper training needs to be done here for a flawless execution. Focus on speed, accuracy and consistency at this location is a must.
first off, i don’t know if the guy at the drive thru was new or not but he had to repeat our order like 4 times and even again when we got to the window. we said yes to what he said every time. i’m usually patient with people but this guy was so slow. anyway so i got my java chip frap and i see two strands of hair on the cup. at first i thought it my hair so try and wipe it off the cup, but no. it was inside the cup. they got their hair in my drink. so gross. starbucks pls do better.
I've always had to wait at least 10 minutes for a simple drip coffee and the staff have always been slow and rude while taking my order. Only go here if you have a lot of extra time to kill.
I usually mobile order through the app and my orders are always ready by the time I arrive ~10 minutes afterwards. Can get pretty busy during the lunch hours. Ample seating with well placed electrical outlets.
I ordered online for in store pickup as you can see i ordered in venti cup and they gave me half cup of chai tea latte ? and i paid $6 for this.. i mean is it always like this ?
I’m not a big Starbucks guy but I came here to order a drink for my sister. The service and friendliness of the baristas was outstanding. There was a Barista named Karen who had the best service. She was very friendly, funny and just gave off great vibes and service. There were two other baristas as well who were also very nice. My sister had let me know the drink tasted amazing! So although I’m not a Starbucks guy, I would definitely recommend this location!
I love this Starbucks location not just because it’s convenient for me but I love how friendly and welcoming the workers are their their always greeting you when you come inside they have such a positive attitude they make you feel at home . The food is delicious and the drinks are incredible very expensive but I love the logo and I love the way they make my drinks they never miss order notes they always follow my instructions it’s so cozy and laidback in Starbucks I love the chill vibes there it’s the perfect place to read a book or study or hangout with friends I love coming here this is my favourite place to hangout in I am come here quite often . It’s a great place I highly recommend it .
They will always make you wait longer if you place mobile orders. They are way slower and wait times are way longer as compared with other stores.
