Brown girl was not helpful at all. I asked can I use my points she said yes and after I scan my app she said oh we can give you points on the purchase but you cannot redeem them here. I asked to cancel the order she said she cannot do anything about it. She wasn’t listening or simply didn’t care to listen. Poor experience

Pasnitika is the sweetest barista at this location. I wanted a pick me up drink extra sweet and she made it happen. She has great energy and a awesome personality. I came from Whitby I will definitely swing by this location for the great service. Happy customer! Thank you Pasnitika ?

They don’t have the wifi working. They have a shared wifi with longos.Not a place to work and have drink.I grabed drink and walk away. Drink was good bdw

To be honest; I’m going to this place since last 2 years & their service was so good at that time. But at this time it is too poor and newly hired staff doesn’t even listen properly. Most of the time they don’t have enough stuff with them and say no to people for most of the drinks. Hardly if they’ll give you some drink and it tastes terrible. The quantity of ingredients in the drinks are never proper.Thinking of not visiting there anymore.

Poor, poor, poor service. The cashier had asked me upon arrival, how she could help. To which I had started to say "I am here to..." only to be cut off mid-sentence by her "No we cannot." How she knew what I was going to say is beyond me. I had let her finish her sentence, before saying I was here to claim a birthday drink after receiving an email. She proceeded to explain that they are not set up for points, which at the time I did not understand why that mattered, since I wasn't collecting points (I had learned after this incident that she most likely meant she needed to scan the card to fulfill the request, and that the email would not suffice). Imagine trying to claim your first birthday drink and this happens.Anyways, after she was done. I had said "That's okay. I understand, thank you." At this point I had started to leave, but she continued to yell at me over the counter (I was by the exit at this point). This was insanely rude, and completely uncalled for considering I acknowledged that she cannot fulfill the request, albeit not understanding why at the time, and proceeding to leave peacefully - after all, I just happened to be in the area, it was not a huge deal, and at the end of the day a privilege and not a right.She had to get the last word in, after I had told her that she needs to stop yelling at me with a "by the way, happy birthday." Not sure if she realized what she was doing and thought that it would put out a fire she started all on her own. But I just wanted to say: I did not appreciate being yelled at, after acknowledging your words. I did not appreciate the animosity or passive aggressive behavior. And I certainly did not appreciate being cut of at every opportunity I had to even speak.NEVER COME HERE.

only drawback is dont have a drive thru

Customer service was left wanting... Super slow device for everyone, forgotten items on order and not cutlery for hot food items.

It’s located inside Longo’s store and it’s tidy and well-maintained. At the moment, you cannot sit inside and enjoy your coffee, so you can only pick it up and leave. The staff are very friendly and have good customer service.If you’re a Starbucks cardholder, you cannot redeem your stars here, but you can pay with your Starbucks card and collect stars.

They need to check expiry dates on their creams this morning coffee was a waste of money
