My favourite location in Brampton. Super friendly staff. My order is always on point!
I went to this location this morning and had a horrible experience. The barista was rude and arrogant. We were a car full of people, and we needed time to order, he rushed us and ultimately we ended up with the wrong order. I was as cordial as could be. Then it took me more time to go back and get the orders corrected. When I called to raise my concerns, the girl who answered the phone said there was no men working in the morning. I’m pretty sure when all 5 people in the car saw men, we saw men. The girl on the phone was then rude and disconnected my call without addressing my issues. Seems like there is no accountability for actions. I won’t be coming here again. I am advise Starbucks users and it breaks my heart with this type of experience.
Have been coming here for years, service has always been great. Then a complete turnover of staff. The service level is terrible now, hot beverage is lukewarm. Always have to check the order before leaving. They will correct the error without any fuss but why is there no consistany at this location is beyond me. Not sure if there is a change in managementBut common please try and do betterYou used to be amazing ! Bring back that great service.
My coworkers and I made an order. Mine came out incorrectly. The top Bun was missing from the sandwich, my tea had no sugar. I had to go back to the store, explained what's wrong. The supervisor looked at the sandwich and said that's how it is, I said the top bun is missing, she then asked someone else to remake it. No apology or acknowledgement. She then said they had no sugar in stock, remade a totally different tea which tasted horrible. Customer service is lacking at this store. The employees should keep in mind, it's not for free, the "goods and service" is paid for.
I understand that the mask mandate has been lifted, and I understand if your employees chose not to wear their mask. I really didn't appreciate watching your maskless employee having a conversation over my food. Even fully vaccinated people can still catch Covid and spread it. They could also be Asymptomatic and still spread the virus. If you chose not to wear a mask, you should not be serving food, out of respect for those who are still doing their part to protect others.
Where do we start. Customer service…what customer service. Yes they were busy but we weren’t even acknowledged. There were employees moving around very fast but the didn’t seem to be doing anything. Some of the other customers there were becoming very impatient. Than we stood in line for quite a while after we ordered 2 Frappuccinos. Some people came in after us and got their order before us. It definitely wasn’t an online order because we saw them order through the same employee. And the poor Uber Eats guy was waiting there forever as well. He definitely wasn’t happy. We finally got our Frappuccinos and there was no taste to them. The employee ended up remaking one of them but for some reason it tasted worse. He made it seem like it was an inconvenience for him to remake it. We’ve had issues with this same location before but we figured we would try it out again because maybe they were having a bad day. I don’t know what’s going on with that place but maybe some employees need customer service training. Just to make things clear we were not rude customers at all because we know what it’s like deal with Karen’s. Definitely going to avoid this location.
This is the location from where I started revisiting my Starbucks routine. I started coming here because it was close to my house.The manager , Jyoti , is very kind and hardworking - she’s always there on her laptop working hard - on the grind. I was always fortunate to find a seat to sit and work for as long as I wanted with no objections from no one. I would like to give a special mention to ‘Love’ who works (or used to, rather , maybe) there - she’s a very nice person - she was the one making my coffee mostly and was very nice to chat with - On her feet and working hard.And the coffee was always the best - Blonde Roast - My Staple.I’ve moved a elsewhere - a little far, since - But I will be back in the store when I’m around the area.Guys , give this location a try - you won’t be disappointed.
Extremely disappointed you order something a specific way and get a completely different way. Also they load it up with ice. I basically paid for a giant glass of flavoured water and for 11 dollars on top. By the time you take a sip and realize it’s too late to turn back. Extremely disappointed.
A typically busy Starbucks. Customer service was good and they were consistent in making the beverage I normally order. I found this location to be extremely dirty.....which makes me question what happens behind the counter.I would avoid this location just for hygiene purposes.
Unfortunately the staff has changed and now the most reliable aspect of this location is the long wait they will give you, assuming they remember to make your coffee at all. While watching them work, one cannot help but wonder if a slow motion movie is being made. If you have a lot of time to waste this is a great place. Definitely not a place to stop during your commute.
