Love this Starbucks, staff is amazing! Sophia is Awesome always smiling and never forgets the lids we like on our Blended Lemonades. Many of our staff go to this Starbucks and Sophia is one we all agree is amazing.
My medium americano was very dilute with a paper taste and it looked transparent just like a black tea. I tried to tell them two times but they were very busy and ignored me. I left my coffee there. Very disappointed in their service.

The best Starbucks in Brampton, I absolutely love coming here! The staff are all so friendly and my drink is always made right. It doesn’t matter what day or time I come the staff always make me feel special. I drive past the one on Queen street (near my house) to come to The Steels location because they truly are the BEST!!!!!!!!!!! If you want service with a smile come here.

This is my favorite Starbucks location! Daman is so friendly and welcoming plus she remembers my order everytime. I appreciate that she takes her time making my drink look as good as it tastes
5 stars all around! drive thru is always long but that just shows they are doing something right. Went in for a small coffee. service is very quick and the staff is really friendly. thank you Brittany for that 5 star experience. great way to improve a not so good morning!!!!
They don’t offer replacements if something is missing. They just waste your $ on uber. So much for a mothers day gift for my mom
It’s an amazing Starbucks! I never really enjoyed Starbucks but once I went to this one, I fell in love. They have amazing service, and I’ve tried multiple things and I’ve never been disappointed. The baristas are really nice and super helpful as well! It also has a really nice ambiance and it’s a great place to go for studying or finishing up work! Would definitely recommend!
