Great experience as usual. Drive thru person was friendly, welcoming and polite. Great service and great overall experience. I would definitely recommend this location. I ordered a drink and food, both were fresh and up to the standards. I will be back soon at this location. Thank you

Although they are located on a busy street and get slammed with massive orders, they always go above and beyond to make sure the orders get out to the customers in a timely manner.

I asked for a strawberry coconut refresher with less ice and they gave me less drink and almost full cup of ice!

I asked for a venti matcha latte no ice and today I get a cup not full and I’m being told it’s because I picked the OPTION ON STARBUCKS APP NO ICE that how full they make it. Horrible customer service!!!

Worst service ever seen in any Starbucks. I asked for venti iced coffee with ice on the side, she gave me 1/4 glass empty. On asking why the glass is empty, she told me this is our standard. When I said that I never experienced this thing before, she took the glass from my hand with a frustrating tone that she will refund it and I can get coffee from a different store you don't need have a coffee from our store I never expected such a behaviour from a Starbucks staff. It was shocking experience. I'll never visit this store again!

I usually hit this drive thru before going into the office and it's consistently been slow service. Today was pretty awful, I ordered two black coffees and a chocolate brownie (not heated) and took over 5 minutes to get to me at the drive thru. They were not handcrafted beverages, did not need to be stirred with additions to the coffee, or a heated pastry item. You look through the window and there's 3 girls on the floor just chatting away! Where is the floor supervisor and the store manager to overlook rush hour shifts?! Being a former barista at a drive thru, this is pretty appalling service.

Staff was aggressive when we went through drive-thru. When we ordered, no one told us that the debit/credit was not working. However, when we got to the window, the lady kept insisting that they did tell everyone (except us? I guess, because 4 of us did not hear a thing). We were not even fighting her, but she was really rude.

Just saw one of the cashier showing off attitude to a immigrant customer. The immigrant couldn't understand his American accent of English as the cashier was speaking so fast and slang English ( trying to be a cool teen) and the cashier raised his voice getting mad at the immigrant customer.Is that how Starbucks treats its customers ???You should have a disciplined staff who is polite to the customer and help them get what they want.

I love this Starbucks. The staff are so welcoming and never mess up my order. I always get a caramel macchiato and some sort of desert. They always have great music playing and they are never running low on certain ingredients for drinks. The only downside is that it's usually pretty busy so it sometimes takes forever for them to get to you. Other than that, great service and great drinks!

Great addition to the location!!!! Starbucks always have a wide Selection of beverages!!
