Hot crispy and cooked just right . Unfortunately I missed wingsanity this year but these were definitley a nice reminder of how awesome it is! I want a big wet napkin!!! ?
Came here on Friday. 3 of us i ordered all you can eat wings ( 2 ordered drinks i ordered water)Hour and 30 min and wings still didn't come out. We said we would pay for our drinks but we really can't wait any longer thats ridiculous. We saw people ordering all you can eat wings and waitresses giving boxes to pack more wings away. We went today to give this location another shot i was told I had to order a drink to get all you can eat which I wasn't told that Friday anyway I ordered a drink no big deal. Neither of us could finish our first 2lbs of wings that they give you with the fries so asked for a box as on Friday they gave it to everyone and yes we know they ordered the all you can eat as we heard them before someone says that's not what they ordered. Waitress said no can't and husband explained we saw people packing new orders of wings Friday after orginal 2 lbs and he could understand if we ordered more then the orginal wings but we can't even finish what we are paying for asked to phone manager. They said give it this time next time call cops. So we won't be coming back ? waitress had attitude after being told to call manager waited to make sure payment went thru. No worries won't be back. Looking at all the negative reviews on here doesn't look good on management staff and the franchise
I wish i could do a 0. I have been to newmarket and bramlea location but this location is absolutely messed up. Poor and rude staff, different food from other locations and very ignorant staff. Came with my cousin but not worthy. Thankyou.
I wish I could give no stars. I ordered through skip the dishes and this restaurant decided to make a decision on behalf of me to cancel my sweet potato fries because “they were out and were too busy to call skip the dishes”. So beware, you may just get some random substitutes given to you without your approval just simply because they are poor at managing their time. I waited over an hour and a half for this order to deliver and kept getting messages that they needed more time to prepare my order. I guess they needed the additional time to still get my order wrong? I won’t be ordering from this location again.
Just ate supper here and was the absolute worst service I've ever received in a restaurant. Took 2 kids in with me and I ordered all you can eat wings. I got one order of wings and then sat for 41 minutes waiting for the server to come back. She had no issue spending time changing the channels on the satellite. 41 minutes later she came back and asked if I wanted another order of wings. I said my kids are done and we have a 3 hr drive home. Not a chance. Asked her to change the price on my bill because I definitely didn't get all you can eat wings. She said well it's a better deal when you get all you can eat and didn't do anything. Don't go to this place!
Extremely poor experience twice in a row. Ordered three meals, 10 piece boneless wings with fries and additional sauce. The first time the order was completely incorrect and when we called to notify them of this they said there was nothing to do. After writing a complaint the head or franchise had reached out and gave us a gift card to rectify the situation. Fast forward to today, we place the same order and this time not only was there missing items that they said we were lying about; they didn't take our gift card either so we had to pay in full. Stay away from this location at all costs!
They had a MEAT special running on wings with about 1,000 different flavours (slight exaggeration). The ladies serving were top notch. I wanted a coffee that night (which restaurants don't seem to have available), but my server made me a fresh pot! No Problem! Thanks ladies! Always good service and food at this St. Louis. Can't wait for the Ribs night to come.
Service is pretty good. Wings are really good! Thier Louis 92 sauce is super good! Apps are never a let down.
Can you say, "Overdone and Burned"?That was the state of our wings from St. Louis Bar & Grill on McLaughlin Rd.UPDATE:We did give this location one more try and were quite satisfied with our order. The wings were properly sauced and not overdone. I will upload pics shortly.
Its really annoying when you pay 25$ for 1 meal and food does not meet expectation. They should go see the bramalea location and learn a thing or two from them
