Took 10 minutes to get us a vanilla bean latte and we were the only ones in line. Couple guys sitting at the table that’s all.

Second Cup is really underrated. The quality of their coffee is amazing and their shops have a nice, clean aesthetic. The BCC location isn't as busy which gives you space to sit down and get some studying done, meet up with a friend over coffee and a snack, or just grab what you need and go. The staff here are very friendly.If you're at BCC, I recommend getting your coffee from here as opposed to some of the other options.
I reloaded my Second Cup card $5 using my Visa and didn't load, even after waiting for days. I contacted them numerous times no answer, left a few voice mails and sent an email. Done with this company.

Their food and drinks are good like any other store.. BUT when i was there i needed to go to the bathroom, mind you this was way before the covid virus. As i was trying to go the washroom a girl stopped me and told me its only for customers only. I was pregnant at the time and shocked even after i told her i was going to buy a hot drink she stood in front of the washroom. Another staff member said she could help me with the drink but i felt disgusted with her attitude that i will never come back. i wish i could give these ppl no stars. We are all human and should be treated as such, with kindness. You want me to pay for a 3 dollar tea just to use your washroom... really?
