This place do not read instructions when you write it they send what they want i order two Mango SMOOOTHIES and they send mango diamond slush and their customer service is garbage is so asian person always answering the phone when you called and all she says is write it in the instructions section makes no sense because their employees at bramalea city Center do not read anything worst place to order from. GET A ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT CONNECTS WITH THE STORES INDIVIDUALLY AND STOP BEING CHEAP ….. real fruit bubble tea yall have enough stores to employe more customer service representative’s.

Omg the best bubble tea I've ever tasted! And the juices tasted real fruits like they advertised. I'm loving it! Great opening hours too! Sad that they don't have alternative for milk because I'm lactose intolerance, but I'll 100% recommend it!
Wow!If anyone enjoys an extreme burst of real fruit flavors, on a hot summer day, then their Pina Colada drink is about the best I have ever tasted.The moment you walk into the shop, you can smell the natural fragrance of the mangoes used in the drinks. The cold drinks are served in vacuum sealed cups, which adds a unique flair to the presentation of the product. But the real star of the show is the intensity of the flavor profiles of their smoothies. Highly recommended!
Really cool experience, very thorough. Ordering on the kiosk is the smart move and drinks were up fast. Staff is extremely efficient!
I paid Mango slush with chunks. My order had only a few chunks. Cost cutting affects customers…. I will not go there again. Management should look into this a fix this issue ASAP
Very worst experience with the lady who was at the cashier( looks like Asian ) , she don’t know how to talk with customers. yelling at me because I requested for an extra empty glass . Ther is a way to talk with customers , try to learn that first . She needs to be disciplined and retrained .
Update (2022-03-03) - Customer service has been consistent through the visits I've made. My most recent visit I noticed that they added a plastic pieces - I am pretty sure I didnt order this. I understand mistakes happen but please make sure whenever you order to let them know you don't want plastic pieces.On a serious note - Real Fruit Bubble Tea staff please be careful.Great customer service! My go-to spot to get a mango beverage.
Looking at the line up i thought it was going to be a long wait, but the line went very fast, i got a fresh Pineapple/Mango drink it was the best i ever had..they sell all fresh fruit drinks.They sell all kind of Buble Teas etc. A great experience overall. Go Visit..
