My dad and I really came here on a whim.. and we were SOO HAPPY !!Really great food and portion sizes!!The waitresses were so nice and open to answering all of our questions!The environment was bright and easygoing, and I loved that the music was at a great level where I felt like I didn’t have to yell to speak over the music. And the washroom was SUPER CLEAN
The highlight was the amazing curry goat! The meat is so tender and the spices are just right! Rice and beans is prepared with coconut oil and it makes it so addictive! The portions are extremely generous and the prices very reasonable. Loved the atmosphere in the shop too, I have rarely seen such care being taken to prepare your order and pack everything perfectly :) i will be back
I always pass by and think to go check this place. Its huge inside, i am fan of double so got that only with medium spice. It was really good and double size was bigger than normal . Place has nice ambience and vibe inside . Will return for more food or hakka
Came there Saturday food was delicious. Server was super friendly, she’s good at interacting. she introduced their weekend night events ,had to go check it out didn’t regret at all ! Nice vibes nice faces good energy good music great place .the bucket prices abit too high compare to other places though
It was recommended by a friend of ours. Omg, I live in Brampton and never cross my mind or even paid attention to this place until recently. First, it very clean and the atmosphere quite nice for group party or date night with your significant other. The food is good. We ordered do much and enjoyed it so much. Fried chicken, fried rice, pepper shrimp and fish, curry fish, fried wonton, egg rolls chicken wings and drinks. It's comfort food and you can relax and fully enjoy it. The hot sauce is bang on "HOT".Check it out and hope that you enjoy it.
Had my daughters sweet 16 at this establishment a few days ago. The venue is cozy and family oriented and perfect for a get together.The food was excellent and arrived hot. Well made with good quality ingredients.Staff was exceptional and went above and beyond. We had roughly 30 guests and all of them were very pleased with everything.The owners are great and took care of all headache in planning a party. I was very pleased from planning and finally arriving to celebrate my daughters special day without any issues.My daughter and her friends had a fantastic evening.I highly recommend you come by and enjoy some great food. My son loved the Trini pepper shrimp!!! Highly recommend!Good food & great vibes ✌?
I went there today around 1:30pm. I ordered 1 double and 1 aloo pie with pepper. I asked how long was the wait, the casher told me 15 mins. 15 mins for 2 items, it wasn't even busy inside, there was 4 people dining in. When I got my food it was cold and the doubles was very salty, and there was NO pepper added. As for the aloo pie, there was hardly any potatoes inside and again NO pepper. I was very disappointed. Do better.
I hated this place because of two visits.Visit #1. Ordered the chow mein and specified that I only want Chicken and Shrimp inside.For some oddly strange reason there was red meat in the chow mein, likely lamb or beef which I don’t eat due to religious reason.Visit #2. Ordered the wings. They tasted like they had absolutely no seasoning. Worst is that there was more breading that actually meat. The wings were leaking of oil. The worst wings I’ve ever ordered. On top of that the shrimp wontons were very stale. The shrimp tasted like it must of beeen frozen for months, possibly years.And to top it off, the tall trini guy who works there that wears the trinidad tee shirts gave me the bill, and entered his OWN 20% tip on the machine.To my understanding, the server should enter the amount in the machine, and after the customer can decide on what tip is worth giving.How do you enter your own 20% tip and add it onto my bill, without even asking if we were satisfied with the service?Absolutely horrendous place.Stay away. Avoid disappointment and tastelessfood.And also avoid servers forcing you to tipby deciding what tip amount they should get.
I ordered 2 doubles which were extremely salty. And 2 rotis were ok-ish. Also orders the aloo puri not knowing what it was but it smelled bad ?♂️ I’d say if you are not dining in do not take out food from there. I don’t write reviews like this often but what i ate last night was really not good considering i paid $26 for all that. And on top of that i had severe stomach pain after eating the food.I’m sorry but I’d please do not sell rotten stuff by the end of the night or at-least recommend not to go with specific dishes coz they can taste a little funky.
I used to recommend this place, and would visit at least once a month. However, after my most recent experience, I can no longer recommend this place. The quality of the food has gone down compared to my previous visits.The chicken was bland, the rice a bit hard and lack flavour as well. I hope they start to put more of a focus on the food again, because right now it seems like the priority is processing as many orders as possible, and not food quality.
