We ordered spicy tenders , First time they serve cold tenders. When asked again the manager promised to make the fresh and it will be ready in 7 min. But got my order under 4 min. Out of 5 only 2 tenders were cooked properly. Rest three with more meat portion were hard and under cooked.
After waiting an hour i just recieve my order now and here is there special deluxe sandwich. I tried to call them to appreciate them but not even picking up the call. Worst ever popeyes
Tried to redeem the Maple Leafs promotion they turned me back saying the promotion only works on Saturdays. Bluntly mialeading customers while others claimed the prize after me.
great chicken sandwich , fries are bit on oily side but i loved the flavour which is typically not the same as other famous burger joints like mcd's or kfc's..
I’ve been ordering here since the store opened, never gotten my order wrong or anything like that. This store is always clean and sanitized especially during this pandemic.
Don't use this location for a bulk order for a corporate event. They quoted us one price and then when it came time to pick up the order they quoted us double what they had originally said and double what we had paid for previous orders of the same thing. The order was for almost 200 pies for our staff. We used them multiple times in the past because we are a business nearby. But we wont use them ever again. I would rather drive an extra half hour across Brampton than give them another cent. Terrible customer service. The manager was of no help and even though she pulled up and saw the price of our previous orders, and qouted us the same price that we previously paid, she would not honour it. Terrible service, you just lost a local corporate customer who has regular work events and we won't be back. Absolutely ridiculous!!
Got Cajun poutine and chicken sandwich. They gave me regular poutine instead but was too tired and far to go back. Chicken sandwich was pretty good, maybe popeyes should consider more toppings though.
This has been my go-to popeyes since the opening. HANDS DOWN, the cleanest location i have visited, especially with covid they have been sanitizing and keeping customers and workers safe during this pandemic. When dine-in was open, they sanitized right after a customer finished eating. Amazing service. The workers help you save money and provide excellent food, they are very kind and I love to make conversation with them. I will keep visiting this location, thank you for the excellent service ??

I’m was a great fan of popeyes, but today I visit there for getting a meal. I got, but when I asked then for dine-in, they said we don’t have dine-in option for now. I had to sat outside in -5
