Worst popeyes location ever. They used to be good but recently fell off. I ordered two chicken sandwich combos, one was supposed to be half spicy sauce half normal sauce but they didnt put any spicy sauce at all (even though the cashier assured she understood my request and said they could do it for me). Then, they gave me barely any fries. I have received combos before so i KNOW how many fries are supposed to be in the box and it was less than half the amount (pic attached). I felt like i didn’t get my money’s worth. Also, the last couple times I went there we got extremely soggy chicken sandwiches that were almost unedible because they were spongey in texture and tasted off. I really wanted to give this location another chance but this is the last time. Never again. Customer service AND food are both awful. I can deal w bad customer service but bad food on top of it? Nope.
This popeyes is the best one in the area Their food quality is amazing and they try to serve fresh food most of the time thats why sometimes it takes a bit more time but honestly its worth the wait when the food is soo good and staff is always ready to help which is great for the new customers too. All in all a huge thumbs up to this location ?
Do not ubereats from here at night. They don't give a rat's behind about your uber eats order. I'm writing this while im in pain on the toiletLook at this sad looking sandwich I gotWasn't fresh at all. Very Stale and disgusting.Caused me stomach pain all night
Staff not very friendly and very unprofessional. I ordered ghost pepper wings and they did not have any. So I was refunded but the manager seems upset like it was my fault to order the item. So I came home with my 12 piece family meal that had 8 drumsticks. Not going back here. Don't try calling them no one answers.
We bought 4 piece platter from this location yesterday night and it was shared between my wife and kids since then my kids and my wife were started vomiting and my wife had diarrhea as well, the whole night and the next day. I was able to take care of them as I didn’t share the meal. This will be the first and last time we buy from this location. Everyone please beware of buying food from this location.
I love this location, because of the staff, and that you have to always wait for food. They cook to order so food is always fresh
Worst Popeyes I've been to, one person taking orders while the others are chatting at the back. Drink machine had no gas, they did not inform me before, I had to find out myself. Chicken strips tasted like they were fried in old oil. Customer service was as bad as the food.
Best place to go with the friends . Chicken was delicious and the staff was really humble. Fast service??

I went there yesterday with my friends and ordered Wednesday special and asked him to prepare fresh food, but they gave us the Delta minis which were already prepared and when I asked them to replace them by fresh ones, they use the same buns and put the same tenders in the fryer.It is the worst location that I have ever went to and I would suggest everyone not to go there.Also, drink refil was not free there as supposed to be.Employees are not good and they treat customers like they are fool and won’t get to know that the food is not fresh.Especially the boy, working at 5:30 on Wednesday,(9 feb) was using inappropriate language.
