No drive through and the food tasted different than other locations but more or less good option for late night meals.
An advise to the owner, if you can not have enough to serve, start closing your restaurant early, there is no point to keep it open and telling cx that we are out of it.Went 3 nights in a row to have delta minis or tenders but they do not have it.Yesterday. Server was rude too. Ask your employees if they can not treat cx in a good way, leave the job . I am more disappointed from service as he was laughing and saying we do not have anything . I was there at 12:40 am and your restaurant is open till 4 . You do not need to pay them if they are bad in cx service and finished everything to sell .????????????????????????
Staff is not listening properly especially overnight workers, we gave the order and they have given different order, and we confirmed again so that there should be no confusion but they neglected the thing. Please improve the quality of staff. No sense of talking, no professionalism.
Food was great, although it took long to come to the table. The staff is not professional at all. They were talking to themselves in a language I did not understand and were chit chatting and laughing. They were loud and I had to stand in front if them for over two minutes to get their attention to ask for what’s the status on my food was. very rude staff, I would say.. they give us this attitude because we go there. So I wouldn’t go there again. I love popeyes, but I’ll sure avoid going to this store.
Nothing was ready, had wait 20mins for some tenders, they turned out raw as they were pinkish in the middle. I am working and can't go back due to lunch timing. Fountain machine not working and gave me one can and a nestea bottle. I said give me a nestea instead of the can of coke for my second order, the girl said she can't do that because it's giving too much. Cheap and garbage mentality of employees. They facial expressions showed they were bothered to even interact with customers.
There employees services was bad. I asked the girl is washroom open and she said no and after couple minutes she let another man used the washroom. This was worst customer service i have ever seen. I never recommend anyone to go this location. And the manager was also confused he didn’t even know what he was doing.

Chicken was not great. It was either overcooked or old because it didn't taste as fresh as other locations i have been to. I went around 2pm so last lunch time but still fried chicken should be made fresh.Front staff was good which is why the 2 stars.
I’ll give 10 stars if I had the option to do so.This review is about the freshness and quality of food but the additional 5 stars are for customer service. The manager Marifel was very kind, polite and went above and beyond, Jashman also manager there is very polite, attentive and very respectful. We tried many items from the menu including the flounder fish sandwich which was amazing by the way ?My family and I had a great experience and food in this location and will be returning there soon.Kudos to all the staff especially the manager Marifel.
I visited this location on Monday Feb 14, 2022 at 6:40 pm, there were 2 ladies in the front in cashier area, they both did not have name plates. I have ordered 10 pieces of thigh chicken pieces and 1 large fries. Every time I visit this location the bill total is different, as I brought this issue to the front customer representative. She ignored me fully and started abusing in her own language. While abusing she did not recognize my nationality and got furious. I understand her language and heard and understand all her abuse which she has given me while I was standing at the counter. I ignored and paid my bill and started waiting for my order. Again, i overheard them talking again in their own language and talking about me which was very rude. I wished I would not have gotten a better service, but they both were so rude and abusive.
