I hate to do this but I couldn’t resist myself. This is my 4th visit in 3 months and this location never has honey. I like my biscuit with honey but can never have in this location. Great staff and great food but honey is missing for my money ? please have it next time. Thanks

The worst place we have ever seen. The customer care is the poorest. TERRIBLE, RACIST STAFFS AND SUCH RUDE BEHAVIOR . HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED. WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. As a Canadian, equality matters. PLS Never Go TO THIS PLACE

Enjoyed a two piece with fries and biscuit. The biscuit was very fresh and buttery. The fries were very well seasoned and crispy. The chicken was trended and cooked to perfection. The batter on the chicken was light and crispy which was perfect for me.

Love the 5 piece chicken tenders platter. It comes with 5 chicken tenders of course, 2 sides of your choice ( mashed potato, macaroni, or Cole slaw ) plus a large drink awesome.

So much unprofessionalism from the manager of the store. Seemed like she didn’t want to work. We filled up a survey and we were supposed to get a free piece of chicken as we bought a meal from there. She refused for it. NO NAME TAGS WHICH ARE MANDATORY ACCORDING TO POPEYES GUIDELINES. Don’t visit this store.

Staff was patient while I was taking another person's order over the phone. Confirmed the order. More importantly communicated the wait time for the order prior to putting it through.

People preparing food lower their masks.

Got take out. Was not busy at all just after lunch and the wait was minimal. The cashier was very nice and my order was perfect. Really liked the chicken nuggets, they were tasty. The new shrimp that came out were good, I expected the size to be bigger but there was a good amount inside and the fries were fresh.

Date: December 18, 2021Item ordered: 4pc Platter, received 1 breast, 1 thigh, 2 drumsticksType of order: Dine-InComments:1. The drumsticks were way too small. They had almost no meat, and couldn't be considered a full piece of chicken.2. The chicken was fresh, but the temperature was close to cold.3. It was a cold night, so I opted out of the soft drink. The cashier promised that some fries could be given. When the order was completed, the box contained a small sprinkle of fries, which was disappointing. If there was no replacement for the soft drink, the cashier should have said so in the beginning.3. I went back to get 2 small packs of honey sauce, the cashier immediately punched in extra sauce, and wanted to charge me 75 cents. If you want to charge money for small packs of complimentary items, you should have stated the fee and asked if I agree to pay. Immediately punching the fee into the cash register was extremely rude. It was like the cashier did it on purpose to scare me off, and she succeeded.

Usually I don’t leave bad reviews or call to complain about food, but I had to this time. I ordered chicken tenders and chicken nuggets for my niece and I. I’m assuming it was cooked fresh cause I saw the one employee bring the tray to the front. When we got home, I started eating my chicken tenders and noticed my tenders had a fishy taste and my tongue started to feel funny. I have a severe seafood allergy and my food tasted like they cooked the seafood products in the same fryer as the chicken. I asked my niece and she said her nuggets tasted like the shrimp popcorn. I decided to call the restaurant to find out if they cooked the food all in the same fryer cause I never experienced this and I always go to this location. I’m assuming it was the manager I spoke to and when I explained my situation, he said they cook the food in separate fryers and when I mentioned my seafood allergy he said they have signs warning about allergies, and assured me there was no cross contamination. Ok fine, but if I order chicken, I’m not expecting my chicken to come tasting like it was cooked with fish. He did offer to replace my food, but what are you going to replace it with? I’m not going to come back to get new food cooked in the same oil I’m clearly having issues with and the restaurant isn’t going to replace the oil midday just to cook me fresh food. I told them I was going to complain to customer service because clearly they’re cooking the chicken and fish in the same oil, if they weren’t my chicken wouldn’t taste like I’m eating seafood, this wasn’t a “it tastes bad” situation, I could have had a bad reaction from this. I called and spoke to someone and even they said it sounds like they are reusing oil that was used for fish and advised me to not eat the food. This is so wrong on many levels. I or anyone else could have had a severe reaction. It’s not my responsibility to make sure a fried chicken restaurant doesn’t mix the oils or mix the chicken and fish. I’ve never ordered chicken from Popeyes and had it served to me tasting like it was fried with fish at the same time. Thankfully I noticed and stopped eating in time, cause I could have had a bed reaction to this.If you have a seafood allergy I suggest going to a different location and making sure (since apparently now we have to make sure) the restaurant is using fresh and separate oil cause it seems at this location, they cook them both in the same or they don’t change the oil. I’m extremely disappointed. But the lady I spoke to from customer service was extremely sweet and kind. Thank you to her!
