STAY AWAY!!!!This restaurant serves chicken that is not cooked properly and was raw inside. The manager was extremely rude and confrontational towards customers. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever seen. I will take my business to Mary Browns from now on. This location should be shut down.
Very good. The chicken seasoning is tasty and it's different then KFC in a good way. Only downside is long waits for your food but I understand they have to make it fresh, just wish they would spend more time attending to current orders instead of taking new order after new order
Ordered 3 pieces of chicken, a sandwich, an order of fries, and a mini. None of them…not a single item was fresh. I specifically asked them to make it fresh, and that I am ready to wait. I was told the pieces just came out. Anyway, I didn’t feel the need to argue, but honestly this is terrible customer service. Never ordering from this location anymore.
So my friend suggest me this location. The staff was great and they were very polite and helpful. I am gonna suggest this location to all my family and friends. ✨Great experience ✨
This use to be a great location with the customer service really good however today they failed badly. Chicken nuggets never consistent and when attempted to explain the fountain drinks was not good and issues was raised to where she had to taste it herself. I am the customer if it's not satisfactory you have to fix just poor dealing with the service and they all look confused.
The Flounder Fish sandwich was prepared with a heavy hand on the salt!I have ordered this sandwich before from other locations and it was not like this at all.It was very disappointing....barely palatable.An individual who has to watch salt intake due to high BP was unable to finish..sadly. The only reason this much was eaten was to not be wasteful..
If I could give negative stars, I WOULD. This place LOVES to close 15-20 mins before they’re ACTUAL closing time??♀️??♀️ it happens way too often I never come less than 10 mins before close and they always close before. Tonight they closed at 1am and didn’t let people in at 12:45????? Horrible service. Maybe next time you guys should change the time on google maps that you ACTULLY CLOSE then so others don’t waste time or gas. Don’t make your customers feel like they’re bothering you by not serving them because you just want to go home… you just lost 6 customers.learn some good customer service. Disappointed and dissatisfied.
bought a 5 piece tender combo and a poutine and didnt recieve my fries. went back to get the fries that belong with the combo and the manager argued with me saying that the poutine was the side. i specified that i wanted a poutine seperately when i ordered and she again argued with me saying that i was wrong and made me pay $2.61 for a small fries. never going back to this popeyes again. not to mention the customer service was trash. if you dont know what a customer wants exactly, you should verify and ask said customer so you dont get the order wrong. do better.
The food is so good and the staff is so amazing and friendly. This location is the best, I skip all locations that comes on my way and always go there. ❤️❤️
I bought a 12-piece family combo and all the chicken pieces were stale and smelled spoiled. I couldn't eat one bite. Terrible terrible service. How do you sell bad chicken to customers??????? It's disgusting. Never again!!
