The gnocchi was really good but dint know it comes with a bread and the bread was also well baked, I just dint like my pizza experience. It was heavy and the flavor was ok, I expected a traditional fire oven bake and not the franchise type of bake which we see in chain of American pizzas... All the more will love to visit and explore the other pastas..
Called and placed an order for pick up for 1pm. Got there at 12:55. Told nope we didn’t get that order must have gone to the location on matheson. Drove to matheson and told nope we did not get that order. I have been a loyal customer for years. I have had them cater for work events as well. Moving forward I will not recommend or ever order again.Customer service goes a long way. When my wife called them back they shrugged it off and said oh well you will have to wait 30 minutes. I work at the courthouse and will be sharing this experience with everyone I work with as well as all the police officers I deal with.
I had placed a catering order with Tony the manager over the phone. I ordered 1 lasagna, 1 pasta and 30 pcs of Bruchetta. He then repeated my order and confirmed the items I wanted to order. I requested for an order confirmation and was told they do not email receipts.I did not make anything of it and said okay. The day of the order pick up we sent a family member to pick up the order and when it arrived to our home we were surprised the bruschetta was just plain toasted bread.I called the store back and the first person to answer offered no apology for the error or any solution. He said based on the order that I ordered garlic bread. I explained that this was an error and not what ordered. HE JUST HUNG UP ON ME.In shock, I called back and spoke to another person and he said too bad you have to call the manager on Monday. I asked if they can offer a refund on the bruchetta, or uber me my correct order. No help at all and offered no solution. He also just hung up on me.I cant believe the poor service I got here and it was extreamly frustrating being left to serve the incorrect order.also the bread was just plain toast... didnt even have garlic spread on it.I will never go back here again.
We ordered tomato and Alfredo pastas for a small corporate event. Everyone loved the food. Additionally, it came at a great price!
Last couple of visits I ordered takeout spaghetti and sausage 16 dollars and change small portion omg sauce like it came out of a can sausage not real Italian sausage ? I'm Italian I've been around let me tell you I make better sauce and cook quality sausage next time out I ordered takeout sausage sandwich 12 dollars and change are you kidding the bun not Italian and sausage not the best ? that's the last time I eat there they claim they are Italian maybe so but they cut alot of corners so long
they are very rude with skip the dishes drivers. They do not ready the food at exact time of pickup order. when the driver go to restaurant at exact collect time of order they say it will take to ready 20 minutes that is wastage of time of skip drivers as well as they are rude behaviour for skip drivers.
I bought the Alfredo pasta with chicken, I absolutely loved the pasta, it was very delicious. The chicken on the other hand had a very strong distasteful taste. The seasoning was too strong that it became harsh on my taste buds. Whatever that seasoning was, please take it out cos I couldn’t hold the chicken down.
Generally okay, but a terrible lasagna with a weird taste.
First time trying it, loved their Sopressata pizza and rose sauce. Amazing food !
Love Pomodoro! It's our favourite Italian spot in Brampton and anyone we've introduced to it or when we've chosen them to cater parties at home has commented on the quality and flavour of the food. The take out and catering sizes are quite generous. Everything is always so fresh and served hot. They offer vegan options for their pastas as well which has been hard to find at other Italian spots for some of the vegans in the family. Thank you Pomodoro for always coming through!
