Worst customer service. Other locations replace soft drink with dipping sauce. Gave the ripped box. And didn’t even taste ?
Ordered a half moon garlic bread though it was made fresh but one of the staff member maybe hungry and lost control and forgot about customer service and decided to take bite and still had the guts to leave half eaten slice inside box....dont wanna confront for a small amount ..never going to that branch again...airport/countryside.
We always try to get pizza from them. Its different, delicious and full of toppings. None.of the other location make same quality. Really happy and satisfied.
The pizza was so salty. The toppings were not spread till the end. The ends were completely empty. Somehow the base was watery and too soggy.
I had Emailed the pizza pizza feedback email and no response my problem is:WARNING!! the delivery guy with white hair will take advantage of you this has not only happened once but this is the second time me and my friends had ordered wings and a pizza for $60 that's the price we were told on the phone when the driver came he took advantage of us and would not answer why our total became $90 then he said delivery fee. And we are only 3KM away from the pizza store and it does not make sense to charge $10 per kilometer and on top he kept and asking us for a tip your drivers need to have shame for asking kids for money and scamming them and still no response from pizza pizza email.
I went inside to order food and use washroom.But when I asked for the keys to washroom at first they said it’s broken, while i knew there were 2 washrooms. So next when I asked again they said it’s closed because of covid and then in third time i was told it is not public washroom while i went there to give them business too.And when I asked for store number one man working in there said i don’t have number for you.You can tell them intersection.While i am 100% sure every pizza pizza has allocated store number.Strange thing is when i was talking to them they all hide behind the oven and i asked them few time none of them replied.Why they didn’t wanna give me store number that brings lot concern to me.Is store/franchise in right [email protected]
I really had a great experience at this pizza pizza location. Their staff is well mannered and professional. They served so good and it was a great visit today.Thank you
PREORDERED an order for pickup. Initially wouldn't give us our order because some how they recorded the wrong number. When we finally got our order on the way home we realized they didn't put the dips we paid for. Had to drive back. Someone from the back had to come and apologize but the girl taking care of our order did not care. Got home our food was all undercooked. Maybe if the staff didnt have their airpods in they could actually pay attention to their job
Every time I come to this location employees are on the phone on phone calls while handling my food extremely disgusted avoid coming here at all costs
Order was made sloppy, pizza was burnt and was not made how I ordered.Asked for large THICK crust pizza and 10 boneless wings.Order came with only the pizza and said I didn’t order any boneless bites.Horrible customer service.Never again. Pizza Hut will always be better.
