There is no issue with taste or quality of food but the issue with mismanagement of queue and customers. Even if you put mobile order, then you have to stand in long line to collect it. Line itself is not managed as anyone and everyone can jump in wherever they want. Staff is also not best trained on managing customers and their expectations
While unfortunate, my customer experience at this particular locality it's surprisingly quite common and routinezed up to the point that I'm starting to question the financial point from a business perspective of having a dirty pizza display and constant empty shelves.I understand cooking less more often in terms of product freshness and the illusion of scarcity. Similarly, I am familiar with the concept first in and first out. However, what's not justifiable is the lack of care, intuition and common sense.Netheless to say, Pizza's should be readily available and accessible to customers all the time and not just whenever we feel like. Again, not everyone has 20 to 30 minutes to spare.Keep the momentum and you will keep losing money to your competitors.
Worst place for dine in. First time went at this location. The place is so unhygienic. There were food leftovers over the tables along with empty pizza boxes and used napkins. The washroom was stinking with napkins all over the floor. Couldn’t able to use it at all. Also the food was not what we expected and had at other locations.Just writing to tell that if you are running a place at least keep it clean and hygienic especially where people come to eat.
They make good pizza when you dine in over there at the place, but when you order it online it doesn’t come out as you expect. The guys at the counter know what to do with the pizza but online customer service does not understand this and the online customer service also says they don’t have certain toppings for your pizza at store but in reality the store has everything .
DISGUSTING. HEALTH VIOLATIONS EVERYWHERE. This place was littered with garbage everywhere across the restaurant and smelt absolutely terrible. I've seen alley ways with less trash. The pizza gave me and my girlfriend food poisoning and I had to call sick from work. The BBQ chicken pizza was obviously not cooked to standard and should be AVOIDED. Please avoid ordering pizza here if you can. This place seriously needs a rework in management as it looks like no one is actually working.
Nice tasty food. Typical American flavours & bad for your health. Also, tables were not clean, none of them were. Some were slightly cleaner than the others & the place wasn’t even busy. There should be a standard of cleanliness. The young lady at the counter was helpful & told me about pizzas & other stuff that they had since this was my first time there. The Panzerotto was very good, filled with stretchy processed white cheese, so yummy, the perfect amount of sodium, carb & fat that keeps you coming back for more. I couldn’t stop eating even though I was full, that is how addictive it was. Their motto should be “never clean”.

First, the turban guy at counter refused us to do dine in and was given order of 3 pizza like this for takeout at 1 am .Rude behaviour, worst customer service.
Terrible customer service- you’ll get attitude from an employee every time, and don’t even get me started on the deliveries. You’ll get your delicious cold pizza 40 minutes later, typically with the dip or drinks missing. Too many bad experiences here have pretty much tainted my opinion of Pizza Pizza as a franchise.
We got our pizza a little too burnt. Some people might think of it as ‘well done’ but it is not a standard obvious choice of all so we did not like it. The staff member offered to replace it and the second one was nice. We appreciated the alternative but the only downside was the waste of time and we had to stay hungry for longer. Unfortunately we had entered the store super hungry and ended up waiting for longer than necessary.
