I placed a order at Pizza Pizza at 267 Queen Street E Brampton. Delivery guy comes and is missing half of my order…I ask him where’s my all my sides. He says can you pay me? I said I’m not paying until I have my whole order and handed him back the pizza which he held for a couple of minutes then tried to hand back to me..I would not take the pizza so he placed it on the cement..and he left ..it’s now 45 minutes after I received my pizza and no sign of the delivery guy. I don’t even want any of the order now!! If I wanted the sides after …I would place the order for pizza then place another order for sides! And the receipt is right in front of the delivery guy face..wouldn’t you ask yourself how does 1 medium size pizza cost $40 then clue in …hey I’m missing something?!!!
Love the place and food. A guy named Jiwan gave best service and made awesome pizze. Will come back again ??
Your pizza tastes like cardboard! It's dry and has no flavour and no taste..Unless you dump ranch or creamy garlic sauce on it..Every time I think the same thing why did I order from you.
Horrible service...refused to make my order fresh even though there was 45 minutes until closing. Won't come back.
I really like the pizza slices to go. Only down side is the location is hard to get out.
This restaurant made a mistake with my order and the driver wanted me to still pay for a wrong order and then call customer service for a refund. I gave the driver back the pizza. I then drove to the restaurant to make my complaint and make my pizza correctly. I won't order from here again. Because the driver was rude. The man at pizza pizza was rude. The girl at pizza pizza was annoyed. The joke is they made the mistake yet annoyed with me when I refused my wrong order ?
Pizza tasted great but the presentation in the box…. Not so much. I opened the box and see that the pizza is folded in half and all over the place. If I hadn’t already gotten home I would’ve gone back and asked for a new one. Staff were very polite and happy to help though.
