Wish I had read the other reviews before placing the carry out order. This location is absolute chaos, small room with full of frustrated delivery drivers, and delayed customers stacked each other. The minimum wait is 50minutes and even after the app confirms the pizza is ready, they are not ready. Feel bad for the staff who handles the pressure and still trying copenup with the overwhelming orders. They remain seen polite and trying to accomadate each one of them. Looking at the orders and footfall in this location, they would really move to a bigger place in the same plaza as they can't run so long with this for sure!
Very bad experience. Ordered the pizza at 7:30pm and they said that it be delivered in 1 hr., still placed the order assuming they might be busy due to weekend but didn’t get the order till 10:30. They didn’t have a clue about the order even after 1 hr. Ordered the pizza from popular pizza and they delivered in 30 mins. Will never order from this place. Would like to give zero but no option. Very very very bad service.
The food is good but this location lacks in the customer service area. There were like 10 people in the back who could literally see but not helping the customers at front, nor acknowleding them. I was extremely annoyed and so were others that were waiting. One lady helped 1 person and then disappeared to pretty much just peer over the other employees' shoulders. Only reason they get a 2 is because the food is good.
Don't waste your time with this location, I ordered online and showed up at my pick up time- I was more than willing to wait a little bit as I understand it is a busy Saturday night.. however not only was the line just to get in a 20 minute wait, when I finally got inside they told me my order (a medium pizza and 10 wings) would take an additional 30+ minutes.. which was also not true as they called me nearly 2 hours later to tell me my order was finally ready. Not sure what the point of having a pick up time is on the website when in reality that is ignored and a complete waste of time for the customer. Definitely will not be returning and very disappointed.
I ordered 8 pizza's i have party at home. They took 1hr 40min to come when I order they said it took 1 hr to come but i didn't got it when i called the store the lady said we have lot of order so the pizza are in oven now and pizza delivery person is not there so it took some time to come. I said if i come to pickup than how much time she said me we have waiting for 4HOURS TO PICKUP . Meanwhile She said if i want to cancel the order then she can do that. Her attitude makes me crazy i said don't be spoiler of my party. I ask her name she disconnect my phone. I called her again and she refuses to tell her name as she knew that i will complaint her.Pizza hut have some reputation in market why they hire these people who don't know about customers service. This location have alot of negative reviews so they should look for these matters and solve it. Otherwise they will lose customers.
I ordered chicken pizza and no chicken only veggies i ate most of the slices. Plzz owner of the this pizza hut store do not offer me free pizza i don't need your free pizza. Improve your quality i paid for it. Posting a pictures.
If there was less then 1 star I would give them. Ordered 2 large pizza over the phone for delivery and received one large and one small. Called them to correct my order and send it again, the lady I was talking to was so rude. She told me we charge you for small and delivered you. She didn't admit she punch in wrong order. I told her take small pizza back and give me large and I will pay the difference. She refused my offer and said I will not fix existing order but I can give you another pizza and you have to pay full amount for the replacement pizza. What a joke. I am not going to this location again.Another issue I had a promo code and they didn't add that to the price. I tried to order online but Pizza Hut system was down. Bye bye Pizza Hut no more pizza from you.

Absolutely terrible place to order pizza we submitted an order an hour and a half before showing up to our allotted pick up time which was 730. showed up and was just told that we’d have to wait another half an hour for our order by that point we were really hungry and expected our order on time as it stated on our app. No apologies, nothing. A lady came out from the kitchen yelling if your name is not on the board go away and come back within your time. I was completely flabbergasted with how terrible the service here. Don’t even bother making an order here. Not only do they not manage their time well but they do not treat their customers nicely at all! Awful experience! I ended up cancelling my order and walking out and went elsewhere. This location has forever lost my business I will not be returning…
Today i had great experience i want to share. One of the tasteless pizza i have had from this location and this was my first order. The pizza was uncooked, the toppings were not arranged on the pizza even though the service was very bad from the team(took order on call). Pizza was delivered too late. Thanks alot for your brilliant service guys.. keep it up?
