They don't deliver more than 1 km radius I called them after taking the address than I have to spell it than taking my order and than he told me he don't deliver there talk to the airport location
Very very poor location. Including the manager of the location. It has happened 3 times to me. Order was never complete. But this time the limit went off as the manager cum front office argued and mis behaved. She even said do what ever you want. Instead of apologizing she kept on arguing and hung up. This was totally against pizza hut customer service.First time there were to garlic sticks.Second time pizza topings not completelyThird time no drippingsVery very poor. Better order other brands.
I ordered online the veggie lover pizza . But i was so upset after i opened box and saw pizza with only pineapples. My family's dinner got ruined. So sad for the pizza hut people for this kind of service.
I loved pizza hut crazily like heavenly . Now am jus very much disappointed by the service. Previously they had indian butter sauce now suddenly they dont have it and all out frnz and us stopped hving pizza there until we get that sauce . Thats the best sauce rest of it is tasteless.
Took 2 hours for the food to come , all cold , wasn’t even cooked , called them lady just didn’t say noting I hate this Pizza Hut don’t waste time only thing that’s good is the drinks ?

All the excitement having pizza from pizza hut with kids vanished the moment boxes were opened. Pizza was ordered on Saturday night 10/16/2021, delivery was 25 minutes late, i waited 10 minutes so i called store and was told driver's pay machine was not working so he went back. Then when he finally arrived he spent 6 minutes in his car again playing with machine. I paid him cash so he don't have to come back but when i opened boxes i was so disappointed. Out of 4 3 pizzas were mashed to one side as if he has dropped then somewhere. The pictures u seen are when i actually fixed them a bit. No need to tell that as pizzas were in the boxes for 1 hour they will be cold. Very disappointed.

Shameful! We ordered pizza and salad directly from your store. Amrit Pal Singh called while on our driveway. We had asked that everything be left on a bench outside our door. A minute later, thinking he had walked away... My wife walked out the door to find him shovelling a spilled chicken ceasar salad from his delivery bag back into the plastic salad bowl. My wife asked what he was doing. He explained that we need to take this salad because the store was too far away to go back for another. DISGUSTING!!! If we hadn't found him hand picking lettuce and ingredients out of the DIRTY delivery bag we wouldn't have known he had done this. I hope he's been FIRED!Also found hair in a pizza and in the replacement salad. Having read other reviews I'm going to call Peel Health and report this location.
