Unbelievably horrible experience. They added toppings we didn't even ask for and they added coriander to the whole pizza for no reason. Took an hour for delivery. And somehow the pizza was cold when it came. We called and asked for it to get fixed and they yelled at us saying it's our fault, everyone loves coriander. We even went back to the store and they yelled at us for wasting their time and refused to refund or even make a new pizza.Worst experience ever in terms of pizza.
I have to give 0 but there is no option for that no sense how to speak. The girl who taking orders speak so Rudely. The owner should fire all staff and hire new one if she or he wants to safe his business. Not only this they need 2 hours to deliver the pizza . Seriously man this is really disgusting moreover prices are very high. 30 bucks for medium size pizza
I have ordered in past with no complaints. Just got a pizza delivered with pinapple added which is not my taste. Completely ruined my dinner. Called at store to complaint immediately and they said can't deliver other pizza as its a busy TUE night. They asked for pictures which is okay but $45 spent on bad customer service and disappointment. Just a sorry won't make my dinner better. If u want to keep the business running deliver right and don't ruin someone's dinner.
I am feeling so bad while putting this review, am an old customer of this store, ordering from here from last 2 years, and always introduce infront of my new friends. Today, i called the store to order and make sure they deliver to my door-step. I am paying delivery fee as well as always give tip to the driver, i never mind to get my order from downstairs outside as i live in the apartment but today, i was not feeling well and was feeling like having covid symptoms that is why i was delivering my order to my unit outside but they say we have only policy to deliver food oustide and you have to come downstairs outside to get your order but if you want delivery like as you want then you have to order through skip or uber, i mean what the heck, i give your drivers $8 everytime for delivery and today i get to know what their policies are and forcing me to order from uber or skip as I don't use it that's why am asking for their delivery services and am ready to pay man.... Really disappointed no matter if there food is good but with there other services disappointed, no store manager is there to talk, no owner, and no solution for that ?. What if someone is ordering the food for their senior citizen. Really bad man. And other sad thing is, they never inform you about there delivery policies while ordering pizza or food for delivery..... Sad
When I was a kid, my grandma used to make these for me and it was something I always missed. I tried making it on my own and obviously it wasn't the same. And due to certain circumstances, my grandma and I don't live together anymore. The veggie sandwich on your menu brought me back to those days and I just wanted to say thanks for that, truly. I haven't tried anything else but after having this, you'll definitely be seeing me soon. Cheers!
I have ordered pizza on Saturday early morning around 2Am but when I reached there they said you’re order is still pending are there tablet was not charged but from my end I got the Email that you’re order has been placed . It’s unacceptable in this kind of weather they have wasted my half an hour . And the most funny thing was I ‘m getting the confirmation next Sunday morning around 2M that your order is ready for pick-up . I didn’t know that pizza takes 24hrs to get prepared. The owner should look after this . It was totally a mess there nobody knows what’s going on. !! Unacceptable
From this store I ordered a pizza for delivery. Order was prepaid and never arrived at my door. When I asked the store , the girl said that pizza has been left outside my door but I can’t find any pizza. Although at the time of ordering I asked to hand the pizza to me not to leave at my door. Staff was super unprofessional. I wasted my money and ultimately got nothing and she didn’t even asked me if I want a Re delivery or something else. I wish Facebook should provide us with the option to rate 0 stars and I would love to do that for this store.
I would say kindly avoid this place, if you talk about hygiene this is not the place you are looking for even bad standards compare to india, no one wearing a mask and there are 15 20 people without mask and in a small place, they guy who bring my pizza from back his half use coffee glass was on my pizza box and not wearing mask also, In this hard time where everyone is worried about health they guys are making 100% sure to make you sick. Just Avoid It
Horrible customer service, after Ordering pizza no one showed up we waited for over or over 1 and a 1/2 hours. When inquired at the store a girl said she will inquire with the delivery person but I did receive a call after that from the delivery man. He did call and insisted he did drop it off. I have a Camera in the front of the house. NO ONE CAME. Extremely rude and ignorant people. Never ordering from here. No money back or anything.
For pizza i would highly recommend and can say best indian style pizza i have ever had but In terms of customer service, i would suggest the owner to keep an eye on your staff. Yesterday, when i went there to order for the very first time the staff was giggling and talking extremely loud and even they were baking without having their masks on. A customer told one of your staff member to tell the guys to keep their mask on.. if its mandatory for customers then firstly it should be mandatory for staff members too. When the girl at the front went to kitchen to request the staff they even laughed aloud. I think no shame in their eyes for the mistake. Even when the girl went in to give them pizza receipt one of the girl staff reacted like’ hun kehdha pizza aa gya’. This is highly ridiculous. If u can’t maintain the professionalism at work then it will affect the name of the company. Kindly look into it.
