Horrible horrible very horrible experience. They don’t deserve even 1 star. I usually go to pita pit on Mississauga RD on Brampton but stopped in the one downtown today and I regret it big time. I walk in and it takes 2 minutes for the employees to come in the front, no greeting, no sorrys for making me wait, just a stale “what’s your order” like I’m bothering them. I ordered a chicken souvlaki and a smoothie. The portions in souvlaki were very little in terms of the meat they give you, and my smoothie had frozen fruits that haven’t been blended in so I didn’t get my moneys worth. They rush you out of the restaurant if your order is finished and it wasn’t busy. It was not a heart warming nor welcoming experience. Management shouldn’t be just handing jobs to people if they can’t serve the customers properly. I do not recommend at all. Please close this location down it does nobody in the world a favour.
Great place for healthy meals and smoothies! They have a lot of options for vegetarians.
Why do you call it chicken shawarma? There was hardly any chicken in it.

Got pitas and salad. A single salad cost $10 . It only filled half the bowl and what there was in the bowl was soggy. They put onions and mushrooms in the salad that should have been in my gyro pita and i had to pick them all out before my daughter would eat it. Thumbs down!!
This is my wife’s favourite place. In summer time buying pita and eating at Gage Park is must atleast once in a month. Staff here is great, charming and makes pita as we say.

Shout Out: Pita Pit employee who created this masterpiece! I devoured it within seconds?When I lived at 9 George St. N. in 2010 - 2015 I would order a chicken Caesar sometimes with a little hot sauce but mostly with Caesar dressing. Today my partner of 32 years walked through the hotel room door where I am currently residing with a delicious Caesar pita. Please view pics below and think to yourself, "Whoa! that's worth walking over to 4 corners"
The ladies behind the counter , who seem to be the owners are very rude! They lack basic customer service etiquette, no pleasant greeting or smile on their faces. They seem to be frazzled, and it looks like they are not happy doing what they do. Pita pit should seriously have a chat with them. I love Pita pit, unfortunately the brand is getting a bad reputation at this location. I wouldn't give any stars. No sir!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am so disappointed with the service received from this location. I drove about 30 minutes to go get a pita from this location. The hours of operation says 8pm close I arrived about 7:40pm and the girl working at this location told me we are closed I won’t take your order. She gave me such bad customer service and the fact that she refused to make my order when the store was open. To be honest she just wanted to close early and refused any orders and I found that extremely unprofessional. Next time please change your hours of operation if the store closes early it will help everyone save time.I warn everyone to avoid this location as you will receive poor customer service from the staff. Please visit any other location to avoid disappointment :)
