I have been to this location on Mississauga Rd many times and enjoy the service I have been given every time…except tonight. I drove 20 minutes to this location and made it there at 8:50pm…10 minutes until they closed. As soon as I walked in ready to order, I was denied service. The man behind the counter had told me they were just catching up with orders and then closing at 9pm. Very unprofessional to turn away a customer before the restaurant is closed. Employees were more concerned about leaving the restaurant as soon as it hit 9pm rather than taking care of their customers. The manager or owner should of this restaurant should have a discussion with their employees about customer service seeing as I read in the reviews that this had happed to another customer.
I love the service here, and come to this location many times, but was disappointed tonight when I arrived at 8:50 pm 10 mins before closing only to be told that I could not order. Don’t get me wrong I understand but I was going to order just one wrap and had driven from 15 mins away to make it on time and I did, only to be turned away! ☹️
Worst food ever..had chicken wrap last night ..had no chicken in that it was simply full a sauce..i would only blame the person who made the wrap seems like she had no experience. They should train people well before hand.
The young boy with black hair always makes the best bowls and top customer service. He needs a raise
Firstly, my food is made amazing here every single time. I love their rice bowl. I ordered a Chicken Shawarma Rice bowl & grilled some green peppers and mushrooms with it and it was delightful. They also have an amazing sauce selection. I got the honey garlic, garlic aoli and lemon za’ahar.
This is my favourite Pita place. The service is exceptional every time I go there. The staff are happy and friendly and so is the owner of this location. As for the food...even better than the service. The food is always fresh and cooked to perfection and they are not stingy with their toppings in any way! I recommend this place if you're looking for a really good meal!
Wrap tasted great but it was over stuffed so it fell apart. Maybe stronger pita wraps are needed? Great customer service!
The food is great and the young man who made our wraps was very thoughtful and cut the chicken up smaller for my toddler. Great service! Will return.

love their Pita.. somehow their quality is better than other burrito type places..
