Customer service is beyond rude, the woman basically told me that I have to say the name of the dish properly and demanded payment before preparing my food. This shop keeps changing ownership and gets worse each time. I always give my honest opinion for restaurants and all businesses . Chicken salad was great. No problems with food only customer service.
Poor experience to say the least. Asked for no pickles and the wrap was loaded with pickles. Also when I removed the packaging the pita was torn throughout. Very little to no care taken to listen and prepare the meal. Won’t be back. If you don’t value my food preparation I won’t spend my money here.
I tried a different location in a different city and it was beyond amazing. I placed an order through uber for an pickup. The food was horrible. The rice and chicken were plain with no flavor or seasoning. The potatoes were over cooked in oil and burnt. The salad only had tomatoes and onions even through I asked for other vegetables via uber. Overall, I would never go to this location. It was a waste of $21.
excellent customer service! the individual who took my order was highly professional and friendly!food was decent however, the food portions were smaller than expected.considering that it’s a small business, It’s understandable for the food to be costly but the portion size can be worked on.this location has potential! they just need to put a little more effort in making their customers satisfied.
No food safety rules followed here. Horrible place for a takeout. Please don't visit this location. The man at the counter was prepping food without changing the gloves after handling cash or printing bills. The lady at the counter was touching her hair with the gloves while preparing food. No food safety concious at this place. Also, I ordered over Uber to pickup food. They said food was ready to pickup. When I went there to pickup food , it was not ready. Had to wait for another 15 mins to do take out. No hygiene or no covid protocols followed.Ultimately cancelled my order.Never visiting again.
Wow horrible good what can I say. We had stomachache after eating this. Chef didn't wash hands ! Food taste stale no flavour dry and maybe frozen then reheated ? Save your money and go somewhere else

So I got chicken shawrma plate the other day. Chicken wasn't fresh at all. It seemed like it was 2 days old leftover dried chicken?. And the toppings they had also looked stale. Potatoes were also not fresh. And next day I had vomited ? whole meal. It was so ? awful. I asked the front guy twice If chicken the was fresh and he lied to me. Never going back to this location.
Understaffed on a Saturday night. Call and no one picks up. Show up there and they take forever to take your order. The food is good and the portions are good, but the service is pretty bad. Just going to go to Epic Pita down the street next time.
DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION! DISGUSTING!!! I was so disgusted when I went to choose the toppings for my chicken shawarma wrap. They toppings were literally rotting you could tell they were old. There was fruit flies on all of the toppings. The guy working asked me what I wanted before I even got to see them, he started making it and I didn't want him to have to throw it out himself because I didn't want to disrespect an employee who may not be at fault. I paid 10$ for a small shawarma wrap with rotting toppings inside topped off with fruit flies. I threw it in the garbage as soon as I left at least the rats can appreciate it since this place doesn't care about their customers. Take my money, I would've gave u 10$ just to watch you throw it in the garbage (the owner) or eat it yourself. I probably won't be going to any other pita land ever again especially this one.
