I was very scared to try this place at first but when me and friends stepped inside this place, we were blown away. It's super fancy and clean. Our server was extremely nice and took care of us during our dine in visit. I ordered the smothered chicken and it's super good. For dessert, we got the starwberry cheesecake which was a 10/10. I really enjoyed my food and my experience. Everyone who visits bcc mall often should really give this place a shot.

Went there for dinner. It was nice, not crowded.Food came out fast. The waitress was great.I would definitely go again.

Unfortunately, I had to send the sirloin back because it was extremely rubbery and did not taste right. Which is fine but they decided to ahead and charge up for it.It was extremely embarrassing to ask to have it taken off the bill given I'd only had one bite... They eventually took it off, I just had a higher expectation.

Food is awesome! Taste so good, service was a blast.?

Went for dinner and we were seated at a lovely circular booth. Service was good(minor blip with milk and sugar not brought with tea but it was brought quickly when asked).Food was good with the exception of the fries being cold. I found the restarant itself was cold. I ate with my coat over my lap.Have eaten here before and this was not my normal experience.

We had a great meal and went to go pay with 2 $50 gift cards. The waitress came back and said one of the gift cards would only be left with $2 on it and it might be better to just pay the $48 in cash and that way we retain our $50 card. So that’s what we did. A few weeks later we went back to the location and they told us there was only $2 on the card but couldn’t see any transaction for the $48 and they would get back to us. Well 2 weeks later and still we’ve heard nothing so we reached out to UltimateDiningCards and they confirmed that Pickle Barrel did take the $48 from the card, and they also took $48 for us in cash. I don’t know what happened, but we were basically told there was nothing they could do. Be very wary of this place, and make sure you read your receipts carefully if you do go.—— updateThe store general manager reached out and is helping get to the bottom of things. In the meantime they’ve reissued the gift card amount. It’s sad that things could have been taken care of at the store level but I’m happy they at least tried to fix the situation. I’ll certainly be visiting the store again after this positive resolution.

Restaurant was clean, tables nicely spread apart unlike some restaurants that have them so close together just to get more seats in their building.Service was great - I know a lot of restaurants are suffering right now but the staff working looked like they really enjoyed being there and helping each other out. Food came out at a timely manner and our server made sure she checked up on us frequently. Will definitely return

Ordered food on New Year’s Eve. It was a horrible experience to collect the food. They had a separate door to collect the food as the mall was closed and it was so poorly managed. Uber, skip drivers and regular customers all trying to talk to someone to pickup their food. Finally after talking to 3 different people was able to get my food.

Ordered through Skip the dishes Food was hot, fresh and tasted great. Order was packaged up very well. Meatloaf was amazing !

The menu and food have changed since this small independents chain was bought by a much larger food group. The menu choices are not as varied or taste as good. The service is still good. We went for breakfast, while the food is hot, it simple does not taste as good as it used to. The French toast is deep fried and very greasy and the bacon was overcooked and dry. The eggs and rye toast were good. Even the coffee tastes worse than I remember.
