Usually a decent place but today I ordered a large pho with beef balls and well done flank and got not only smaller portions than my usual size of small (you should have seen my face lol) but watered down pho and soggy noodles that were clearly sitting in the soup for sometime, they were also already broken in multiple pieces where as usually they come as long strands. My pho was swimming in small pieces of noodles which was not of my doing. They were there before I even took my first bite.I think they gave me left overs or who knows what but it most certainly was not a fresh order. That is not only wrong and but extremely disgusting. will not be returning as I cannot trust them anymore even if this is the only time this has happened. My stomach is turning just thinking about it.
Come here all the time when I just want a bowl of pho. The house special of course, and that’s goes the same for the vermicelli house special as well. The rice dish with chicken and pork is also good. And their Bun Bo hue meting B16. The spring rolls can be better if served with fish sauce instead of their new sauce that the dish is served with now. Then their avocado smoothie is also a go to drink if anyone is looking something more sweet and refreshing. It’s made of avocado and condensed milk.
PHO REVIEW: 3.5/5 stars. Broth was good, light, clear, but complex. Meat was cooked well too. Portion size was adequate. -1 star for slow service - I ordered a coke, only for it to arrive AFTER my meal was over. Normally, you get tea first, then the meal comes. My tea arrived alongside my meal, 10 mins after I ordered. My meal took nearly 10 minutes for 1 bowl of pho. -0.5 star for mismatched utensils. They gave me a sharp edged square chopstick with a rounded circular one. The straw from my drink was sealed on one end. Decent value, but there are better places for pho.
The food flavours were ok, at least on the dishes we had, but the dishes relied heavily on the carb components (vermicelli, rice) and skimped on the meats and ad ons.To a disappointing degree.Many of the discriptions of the dishes (ordered online) didn't mention much in the way of what composed the dishes.I'm not disparaging the food, it just was average. As you see in the photo, no real veggies or other flavour add ons, had to use the condiments provided with my order of pho, which too was more noodles than beef or tripe

Always great ! It's a go to for us. The secret is their grilled pork and rice and the BBQ pork fried rice !!! You'll thank me later!! Also the Jasmin tea is amazing. This is our little secret pho spot!!!
One of my favorite places for pho. Came here for the first time and absolutely loved it. Definitely recommend and will be coming back here again soon!
Wrong order given and lady was rude about it. She didn’t apologize just blamed me over the phone and lecture me when I came back to exchange the order. Not to mention the prices constantly increases. She made me give back the wrong order of food and asked me if I had touched it. I can only assume what they did with that food afterward during this covid pandemic
Food was delicious, staff were friendly. One of the orders had more onions than chicken, not sure if that's how it is but nevertheless it was tasty.
Food is amazing. The service is even better. The lady at the front desk is very friendly and our orders came out in good time. I had the pork chop shrimp and rice with the fish sauce (order c6) the meat was tender and that fatty parts just melted in my mouth. Came here 2 days in a row and got the same order.
