We had the chicken on the Rocks and it was delicious! The chicken was a bit over cooked and dry but we will be back to try other items.
We order today from kennedy and queen location for take out when we get it and go to my car and open it for eat theres no spoon s and forks and no paper towles and when i call again she said that its not mine responsibility. She cut my call. She is very rude.
Always fresh....beyond meat cooked upon order.Sauce nice and HOT!!Unlike a recent visit to another location close by!!Definitely one of my 'go to' places.But it is getting expensive, for a fast food joint!
The restaurant is good but employees don’t treat the customers in good way they sound rude and sometimes the orders are in appropriate quantity. They need to look for customer satisfaction.

Food Prices have gone up everywhere, but stay modest here at Osmow’s.The taste is good, wraps are big, chicken is well cooked and tasty.The menu has plenty to offer and always worth coming back to.The food is prepared immediately and the wait time is very reasonable.Try the wrap, half and half or the salad. All worth it.
Always excellent, always affordable. For take out we do Osmows more than all other places combined!
Called 10 minutes before arriving and when I came in and asked about my order they dropped the fries into the fryer as if I was a walk-in. No point in calling ahead.Fries weren’t crunchy, just tasteless and dry.A pitiful half scoop of cheese and some gravy and they called it a day.Not happy with what I paid, for what I got.
They are supposedly open till 10pm but if you go at 9:20pm, the only thing you can get is chicken or fries. Not because they ran out of the other items, but because "we closed and cleaned our grills already." When asked what we are supposed to expect from a restaurant that says they're closing at then, the cashier said, "Just order chicken or fries." Lol. Never coming back here.
Place says open till 10 but they shut off the grill and everything even before 930. So why keep open till 10 when we can't even get any food. Most ridiculous place ever. No stars one is one too many
