Picked up chicken half and half the fries were undercooked and 1/3 of the container contents were fries and the plater was not even full. 2 years later the food was still a disappointment. I ordered a fattoush salad with chicken and was charged a ridiculous amount for lettuce cucumber and chicken. Look at the pictures I took compared to what a fattoush salad suppose to look like. Also funny how owner take pride in good reviews and take no accountability for the disappointing service people received .
Beef quality is on par with dog food, I really don't understand where they get this kind of meat. Cleanliness of this location has never been good and has only gotten worse. There's way better places to get a decent quality shawarma.
Around 4 years ago my husband and I moved from Brampton to Upstate NY. We had plans to go back but with COVID we never got the chance. Finally the border opened up and the first thing we did on a trip to see his family was stop by osmows! I have seen reviews about a decrease in quality… but I didn’t see that! ??♀️ Tasted good to me! Only complaint is that even if you ask for extra garlic, they don’t always put that much and that is the best part. Lazeez packs the garlic on. This is the only part that Osmows loses points on. I’d give anything to have a location near me!
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ! The guy on the counter who collect the cash is so rude. I told him to not add lattice in food he said we do not do that when i told him other locations do that, he did not even let me complete my sentence he start arguing for no reason and when i told him this is not a good customer service he said he do not care about his owner or head office do whatever you want to do like he just don’t care about i would say if i am going to my shop or restaurant the only thing matters is customer service but this store will negative stars for my side and will not visit again and recommend my friends not to visit this store. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
I love osmow’s falafel than any other restaurant. For the first time I had from this location , it was pathetic. Too much oil, rice not cooked properly. I think if a first timer will eat from here, will definitely not enjoy osmow again. Honest opinion, the pond and woodbine locations are worth eating. Really disappointed
Ordered Chicken Shawarma: chicken was missing lol. How can one forget chicken in CHICKEN SHAWARMA? Contacted restaurant, they dint believe and asked for picture lol. Even after sending picture no resolution from restaurant. Asked me to contact doordash for it.

Awesome location, staff are very helpful and food is delicious. Definitely recommend this Osmows, prices are great! ??Btw you can order the Chicken on the rocks separately!
The chicken smells nasty. They have way better places to get a good shawarma. Save yourself the trip.
I order with this location a lot. Sadly my last experience was tarnished by someone who forgot that extra sauce on the side means ON THE SIDE. Instead I got a sloppy mess. Tried to call store multiple times. No luck.
