Complete rip off, 10.99 for this and you basically get fries and sauce with very little chicken.I get more chicken in a 4oz scoop from bar burrito
This is the most disrespectful plate of food I have ever received. $11.25 for DRY overpriced nonsense. As you can see I ordered falafel and they garnished it with one drop of garlic sauce and spice, despite me ordering medium spice and looking forward to the garlic sauce.Watch them while they make your food so you can ensure you are getting what you paid for. I only opened my meal once I got home. Take the extra time to check your meal while you’re still there. I am never coming back here, this place has seriously lost its standards and quality assurance.
Not bad place! Always worth a try once in a while. Chicken was a bit dry and short in quantity which is unfortunate but staff was kind and friendly. Decent place ?
I regularly eat at Osmow's in different branches. Quality of the food here is the same as others. I like it but little felt greasy this time.Packaging was perfect and was served hot.Salad was nice and healthy.Will try other stuff here soon.Keep up the good work guys!
This is the first time I visited this restaurant and the service was very amazing and the area was clean and spotless. I was served by an employee that was wearing glasses and she was very polite and helpful by understanding me and helping me choose something to order off the menu. I definitely recommend this restaurant for it is a very great place.
Genuinely appreciate the hardworking staff and management at this location. The service here is quick, efficient and friendly and the portions are extremely fulfilling. The restaurant is very well maintained in regards to cleanliness, especially with the snowy and slushy weather we’ve had over the last while. Thank you to the team for always serving us what we’re craving!
Hands down one of the best locations out there! Everyone is so friendly and patient while you take your order. The manager, Juned, makes sure that everyone is comfortable and treated equally. He is there to answer your questions if you have any and makes you feel welcome and taken care of. The team is very dedicated and hard working. I absolutely love how I get a view of the cooking process and how I can select the toppings I love. Having halal options is also another plus point for me, as the Muslim community can feel like they are at home. The food is absolutely delicious and the atmosphere of the environment could not be more relaxing! Thank you so much to the Manager and the team of Osmows for making my time eating at your restaurant so worthwhile! I will definitely come again and recommend going to your location to everyone I know. Wishing the manager and team success in all their efforts! ?
Amazing service!! The Osmows team was fast working and super responsive! I love the way they read back the order to you and ensure you’re satisfied with the service before leaving the restaurant. JJ, the manager, is so humble and kind, a great leader and just as involved as his team which is remarkable to see as a lot of managers sit back and give orders! The food’s quality was just as good as its presentation and I was greatly impressed. All good vibes from this place ❤️
Was an amazing experience with a nice vibe! Loved my on the sticks fries were perfect and chicken amount was amazingly large! Better then others and I 100% prefer the Bramalea location! Been to others but no other do it like this one
I ordered here on Saturday. After getting home, I opened up my platter and the Fries were refried and hard, salad was brown and soggy and there was very little chicken on top. It tasted awful! Osmows use to be good but they have now bad food quality...... Looking for a new Shawarma place.
