Went into the store only minutes after 11pm and was told grill is cleaned so is closed. They put up all the chairs while we were waiting for our food to be ready and we had to eat in the car even tho store was open for almost another hour. You could tell chicken was very old and had hard crunchy pieces all over it..They didn’t give us any napkins nor forks for poutine so we had to go back to the store and ask after already leaving in which case we were told we should have asked for it. The washroom was honestly the most disgusting washroom I had gone to in years and the staff didn’t seem motivated to serve and seemed only interested in closing and getting out (whole hour before closing).
I like Osmow’s ! But when served with perfection, I love Osmow’s! Recently I visited this location and found the perfection! The the measures for hygiene and quality ✅ friendly staff, quick service.The manager Samdisha helped me in upgrading my order . I honestly loved the order . Would surely revisit and recommend.
I hope the owner reads my review. in the last year evertime I call to order they tell me use online link but that link doesn't list mixed shawarma on salad and is so basic that I cannot customize the way I usually do. I hope this gets fixed. Otherwise food is great! staff are also good and seem to be under pressure by theor boss/owner
Worst experience! I have ordered a falafel sandwich and mentioned that I cannot eat spicy. The indian worker said no worries we will make it mild for you! I got the sandwich and have tried in a bit! I was shocked as I realized the sandwich is so spicy which I have never had that much spicy!!! I am not sure she did it purposely or not! Seems she put all the peppers to my sandwich with no care!! It caused me non stop cough and hiccups!!! Hope the owner considers it seriously as I did a favour to not complaint! I will share this issue to all my friends and family to not go to that place anymore!
Delicious. Always get either the chicken or beef on the rox. Love the friendly staff. I’ve tried two other Osmows (in Richmond Hill - Elgin Mills and Leslie, as well as Bayview and High Tech Road). They were not as good. The food there was dry and they didn’t put enough sauce on. This place (Steeles/Alness) is the best by far.
Disappointing experience. The millennial hired in this location haven't seen a credit card without a chip..so obviously no tap. After illuminating the young lady at the cashier, I get to see that employees don't care if you have the mask on or not.I see this guy walking in without a mask and being promptly assisted without any questions about the mask nor any health questions related.I have to say that if this if the Osmows restaurant chain policy and they don't care about their customers and their health nor they are following the imposed government regulations in these times...maybe we should call the inspectors to check all their locations.I hope that's not the case. I can tell you this, that I wouldn't be visiting any Osmow's location from now on.Today's employee's action or lack of action, says a lot about both employee and employer.
This is the best location of Osmwos. I have been here few times and never had a bad experience. I can't miss mentioning Harjinder, coz the way she serve the customers is the best.I tried shawarma from other locations, but here they always give everything fresh. No rush at allThey take enough time to make the wrap and grill it properly. I use my SPC at osmows and always get garbage because they have to give 10% off for that. Weired but true.But here they don't care if I pay regular or with the SPC. It's always been the same. I hope they continue it the same way.
Just wanted a Philly cheese stake not altered at all from the menu I guess this was too hard cause they covered both in olives and let people with no masks come in, holding to your sweater to your face is just fine half hour for two orders cause they couldn't get it right the first time didn't even apologize won't return can't recommend couldn't even get it right the 3rd time no lettuce no tomato gross 40 bucks for some meaty mush
We get take outs from here on average once a month. Find the service is quick, good portion sizes and fresh. We don’t tolerate garlic well but their garlic sauce is mild and flavourful. We choose either mild or no hot sauce so for those complaining in reviews about being too spicy, it’s an easy fix to read the menu options and ask for less hot spice. The chicken on rocks we get for the kids and as parents get the chicken on cooked veges and they are always freshly and properly cooked.
The food and the ambience inside felt like I'm on my kitchen, cooking my own. The staffs are accommodating and nice.
