Just ordered for the first time. General tao + noodles combo. First of, ive had the pleasure of trying many other restaurants for the same combo configuration. Some were blah, oily, cloying, nice, saucy etc etc.But the way they cooked at this location, there has to be some sort of actual culinary professionalism here (actually studying culinary) because the taste, for what i am used to having at other restaurants, isnt the same at all and not in a bad way. The amount of visible dried chillies, an actual bayleaf, maybe even some numbing peppercorn (huajiao i think) creates such a fragrant meal its more of an experience than just a mere take-out. Even their eggrolls is unlike anything I've had. Its like asking your mom to make u a meal, and then she tries her best to make THAT meal, then serves it to u. The taste isnt what u are expecting (commercial taste), but its home made and its made with care ?. And the best part, i dont feel heavy/lethargic/itis after eating it all. Quality food at a somewhat reasonable price. Maybe just a sliver higher than regular chinese takeout joints, but i see why.
Best Chinese food in Brampton, high quality food, never bad, most authentic! Would give more if possible! Order from them often!

Young lady serving at counter was being polite and co-operative .. the all of sudden the owner(lady) comes from the kitchen and told me to come next time because she can’t make noodles for me because its gonna take long time.. the tone of her .. made me furious .. pathetic people really
Ordered through Slip the Dishes. Poorly packed bag. All the food was hanging out the bottom. Egg rolls cold and hard. Chicken balls cold and hard. Returned to the restaurant. Basic response was too bad. NEVER AGAINSkip the Dishes was good to deal eith
The owner is horrible and rude! The food is absolutely disgusting. No veggies in fried rice and the meat is questionable. Never again
White rice in a 20$ meal. When I asked for fried rice. No peas or carrots. Plain rice. Never again.
Best Chinese food in Brampton/Caledon area buy far. Safe and friendly service, food is always consistent. We've been loyal customers for years and will continue to order when looking for good Chinese food
Don't expect the fried rice to have peas or carrots in it, it's not even fried it's steamed rice with baby shrimp without any soy sauce too. The broccoli and beef was good, and the chicken balls were ok, but don't expect the same red sauce you have experienced before, theirs is different, it's less sweet and also not bad.
