My order was1) chicken sandwich 2)chicken wrap 3)garlic bread & 4)Peri Peri fries.Chicken sandwich looks good and taste good. Chicken wrap was not grilled so I was slight disappointed but it’s my mistake too that I didn’t tell them to grill but overall taste good and medium in size. Peri Peri fries and garlic bread are awesome. The lady who was working on the counter was bit rude so she has to learn how to talk with the customer but I don’t wanna give less rating only because of her so it’s 4/5.
One of the best chicken that you'll have made on fire. We visited last week during my birthday and ordered Peri Peri Bowl and 1/2 Peri Peri Chicken with Mango and Lime. It was fresh, very juicy and tender. The bowl was also great with rice, hummus and beans. The rice can be made a little tender (like biryani rice). The service is decent. We ordered via the mobile site and picked up our food for dine in. There are 8-10 tables so not a very large seating area. They can work on keeping the cutlery bowls a little cleaner. P.S. - You get $5 off your bill on your birthday. So do try that next time you're there.
Words can’t describe the smell of how bad this chicken was, 3 times I’ve ordered Uber and had foul meat sent to me… don’t waste your money here unless you want to have stomach issues for a week. The smell was so bad that I lost my appetite completely!!! Called manage and she told me I could have 20% off my next order, what a disgrace. Nandos needs to take this location away from the owner.. I’ve never had issues at any other GTA location. And the previous owner 8 years ago was amazing.
We recently ordered the rice bowl with added avocado online. When we brought it home, the avocado was hard as a rock (not even slightly ripe) and there was hardly any chicken! Why would they add a product not suited for consumption?? They should have mentioned this at time of pick, and they should had omitted the avocado AND provided a discount! This questions their integrity and quality. Makes me wonder how this location is actually managed and the staff training!
Loved it. Awesome signature taste, excellent service and quiet descent dine in space. No parking issues. Will definitely go again. Highly recommended ?
One of the worst restaurants in Brampton both food quality and customer service from management. Picked up food last week for dinner and chicken was charcoal black in most parts and had black burnt grill dirt all over the chicken bc it was being cooked on a dirty grill. I threw out my $36 dollar dinner in the garbage and called the restaurant right away and after holding for 30 mins one of the managers said they will call me back the next day. Never heard from them. I will never go back to this location or recommend anyone else to go there. Flat out disgusting and not safe for your health to eat this quality of food.
Never in my life have I ever had food poisoning from eating outside until this week. The wife and I went to Nando's on Monday, and something felt off about both the chicken and rice. I should have trusted my gut instinct because now both of us have very severe food poisoning that has only gotten worse over the past 2 days.I rarely ever leave reviews, but I wanted to do my part by warning anyone that grabs food from here to make sure it is fully cooked. I sincerely hope none of your other customers go through this pain.
Good was good! Sadly they didn’t have half the sides listed. No mashed potatoes or corn! Love the soda fountain there! So many options ?
Terrible customer service. The order was placed online, one of the item was missing and on top of that they also decided what should I eat, by replacing the coleslaw with house salad because they ran out. They did not bother to ask or even inform me at the time of pick up. When I confronted the person at the register, her reply was "I did not pack your order". No acknowledgement, no accountability as in it was my mistake to raise my concern with the wrong person. And you can't even ask for a refund. No complaints about the portion size because food was cold and chicken was dry anyways.
Don’t come to this location, They don’t pay attention to orders, no cleaning at all while making foods touching floor and making food is inappropriate! Don’t waste your time and money here Gross as hell! ??
